Let's keep looking into fantasy baseball waiver wire options at the start of a new week.

Here's an article featuring more waiver wire/streaming options, with those mentioned being highly-projected players for the coming week.

Fantasy baseball waiver wire options can be found all season on FantasySP! The Fantasy Sports Assistant now can answer questions you have after doing team breakdowns or waiver wire analysis!

Cristian Javier - Houston Astros

Javier has been added in 3.86% of fantasy baseball leagues as he prepares to make a start on Monday. He is rostered in 5.15% of leagues overall.

Javier will start against the Blue Jays, who have surprisingly been a good matchup to try pitchers in this season.

Javier hasn't pitched very well across four starts and eight total appearances this season, but he's coming off a big outing. He worked five scoreless frames against the Angels his last time out, while striking out seven and only allowing three baserunners to reach.

I get the appeal in streaming him today in a solid matchup as a result. He's just a deep-league option in my eyes though. I don't trust him and his 7.17 ERA any more than that.

Spencer Jones - New York Yankees

Jones is up 10.33% already today, and that brings his overall mark to 29.3%.

He went hitless on Sunday, but had six knocks over the four games before that. Jones had three homers, five RBIs, four runs scored, two stolen bases and a walk in that stretch.

He's starting to settle in a bit, but still has a .237 average and .321 on-base percentage for the season. Jones has five homers and four doubles among his 23 total hits, plus 13 RBIs, 10 runs scored, 12 walks, three stolen bases and 41 strikeouts.

Jones is worth adding and utilizing in more deeper leagues, at least until his bat cools off a bit. Keep rostering him until his stats say not too, but Jones finally could be showing why he's such a highly-regarded prospect.

Brandon Pfaadt - Arizona Diamondbacks

Pfaadt has risen 7.58%, and he now sits at 39.91% overall.

He gets a start against the Padres tonight. San Diego has been another surprisingly good matchup for opposing pitchers this season.

Pfaadt is 5-0 with a 1.85 ERA over his past six starts, but has just 18 strikeouts over 34 innings in that stretch. On the season across nine starts and 19 appearances, he's 5-1 with a 4.00 ERA and 49 strikeouts over 72 innings.

Pfaadt is on the rise of late, so he's worth deep-league starts today, at least. I'd consider him in standard leagues as well, but it's a one-and-done thing with the Dodgers being his next scheduled start after this one.

Willi Castro - Colorado Rockies

Castro has been added in 4.86% of leagues - he's at 48.39% overall now.

He is riding a five-game hitting streak, and has six knocks and four walks in that span. Castro has three homers among the hits, plus three RBIs and seven runs scored.

Castro has a .263 average and .335 OBP over 95 games and 373 plate appearances this season. He has 15 doubles, 12 homers, 88 total hits, 46 RBIs, 51 runs scored, 32 walks, seven stolen bases and 104 strikeouts.

He can play all over the field, which ups his fantasy value a bit. Castro is a good deep-league asset, and should be streamed in those leagues until he cools off some. He's maybe worth streaming in some standard leagues too, but be watching his numbers and move off him when the time is right.

Ian Seymour - Tampa Bay Rays

Seymour has been picked up in 7.6% of leagues, and he now is rostered in 50.7% overall.

He gets the start against the Rockies on Monday evening. It's not as favorable a matchup as it could be, as the game is in Colorado.

Seymour has made seven starts and 36 appearances this season. He has a 4.37 ERA and 90 strikeouts over 78 1/3 innings. He's pitched pretty well of late, but has only reached five innings pitched once, so that's something to keep in mind.

I like the matchup enough to try Seymour in deeper leagues tonight. He's a standard league streaming option as well, but kind of a weak one, so know he's got a limited upside tonight, especially in that ballpark.

Max Clark - Detroit Tigers

Clark is now rostered in 68.67% of leagues after a 6.17% increase so far today.

Clark has three games of big league experience, but has delivered big so far. Across 15 plate appearances, Clark has two doubles and a homer across six hits, plus three walks and RBIs, four runs scored and three strikeouts.

He's started his big league career hot and is being added in a lot of fantasy leagues as a result. Clark is worth deep-league roster spots for sure, and could be at 100% owned by the end of the week, so I'd suggest adding him now if you want him.

He's a highly-regarded prospect for a reason. While his numbers won't be this high the rest of the way, he could be a fantasy difference maker, so don't miss out on him.
