The 14th week of the fantasy baseball season is here, but before we turn the page on week 13, let’s take a look at the top performers from over the weekend (June 21-23).

Top Pitchers

Minnesota Twins’ Bailey Ober had the longest start of the weekend, working a complete game and getting a win. He allowed two runs on four hits, while striking out 10 and walking none.

Minnesota’s Pablo Lopez and Seattle Mariners’ Logan Gilbert each worked eight innings.

Lopez struck out 14 batters and didn’t allow a run. He surrendered just two hits and one walk and picked up a win.

Gilbert earned a victory after his eight scoreless innings. He gave up four hits and one walk, while striking out six.

Texas Rangers’ Max Scherzer, Atlanta Braves’ Chris Sale, St. Louis Cardinals’ Sonny Gray and Colorado Rockies’ Kyle Freeland all allowed one hit in their starts.

Scherzer worked five scoreless innings and got the win. He struck out four batters and walked none.

Sale got a win after working five innings. He allowed a run after also walking three batters. Sale struck out eight.

Gray allowed a solo homer. He got the win after striking out eight and walking none in seven innings.

Freeland worked six scoreless innings but didn’t get a decision. He struck out four and walked one.

New York Mets’ Jose Quintana and Luis Severino did not allow an earned run in their weekend starts. Quintana did surrender an unearned run on four hits and a walk, while striking out eight over 6 1/3 innings. Severino had 10 strikeouts over six scoreless innings, allowing just three hits and no walks. Both pitchers got the win.

Texas’ Jon Gray earned a win after working six scoreless innings. He gave up two hits and no walks, while striking out three.

Philadelphia Phillies’ Cristopher Sanchez picked up a win after working seven scoreless innings. He allowed three hits, while striking out four and walking none.

San Diego Padres’ Randy Vasquez got a win after tossing five scoreless innings. He allowed five hits and three walks, while striking out three.

Los Angeles Dodgers Landon Knack tossed five scoreless innings but took a no decision. He gave up two hits and walks, while also striking out a pair.

Chicago White Sox’s Drew Thorpe got a win after tossing six scoreless innings. He allowed two hits and four walks, while striking out five.

Chicago Cubs’ Jameson Taillon struck out 10 over seven innings and picked up a win. He allowed a run on six hits and no walks.

Dodgers’ Tyler Glasnow had 10 punchouts across seven innings in a winning effort. He allowed two runs (one earned) on two hits and no walks.

Washington Nationals’ Jake Irvin struck out 10 batters over six innings. He allowed a run on three hits and a walk, but ended up with a no decision.

Cincinnati Reds’ Andrew Abbott also struck out 10 this weekend. He allowed two runs on four hits and a walk over 5 2/3 innings.

Boston Red Sox’s Kenley Jansen and Cleveland Guardians’ Emmanuel Clase both had two saves over the weekend.

Jansen allowed two hits over his two innings of work. He did not record a strikeout or walk.

Clase allowed one hit and a walk in his two frames. He struck out a pair of batters.

Texas’ David Robertson, Boston’s Chris Martin, Cincinnati’s Sam Moll, St. Louis’ JoJo Romero and Cleveland’s Cade Smith all had two weekend holds.

Robertson retired the four batters he faced, striking out three of them.

Martin allowed one hit over his two innings of work. He struck out two batters.

Moll retired the six batters he faced, punching out a pair.

Romero allowed two runs on a hit and two walks, while striking out one in an inning of work.

Smith walked a batter, but retired the other four he faced this weekend. He struck out one batter.

Washington’s Dylan Floro earned a pair of wins. He allowed a hit and a walk over 2 1/3 innings of work. Floro did not record a strikeout.
