These players will be owned in less than 90% of fantasy leagues.

Wide Receivers
Jakobi Meyers is projected for 12 PPR fantasy points in week 9. He has a favorable matchup coming against the Jaguars, and is rostered in 84% of leagues right now.
Jameson Williams is set for 11 PPR points against the Vikings. He is owned in nearly 89% of leagues.
Khalil Shakir is another wideout projected for 11 PPR points. He will be facing the Chiefs this coming week, and is rostered in 89% of leagues.
Darnell Mooney is set for 11 points against the Patriots. He's rostered in just 65% of fantasy leagues at this time.
Jauan Jennings is another wideout at 11 projected points. He's going up against the Giants this week, and is rostered in 86% of leagues overall.
Calvin Ridley is one of several wideouts projected for 10 points in week 9. He's going up against the Chargers this week, and is rostered in 71% of leagues.
Ricky Pearsall is rostered in 89% of leagues and has a matchup against the Giants. He's also set for 10 points.
Matthew Golden is another wideout projected for 10 points. He will be taking on the Panthers, and is owned in 87% of fantasy leagues right now.
Cooper Kupp is set for 10 points against the Commanders in week 9. He's rostered in 72% of leagues overall.
Josh Downs is yet another wide receiver projected for 10 points. He's going up against the Steelers this week, and is rostered in 66% of leagues.
Running Backs
Bam Knight is rostered in just 40% of fantasy leagues, but is projected for 13 PPR points in week 9. He has a great matchup coming against the Cowboys, so he'd be a great pickup.
Woody Marks is set for 12 PPR points against the Broncos this coming week. He is rostered in 87% of leagues right now.
Kareem Hunt is projected for 11 points against the Bills in week 9. He was good in week 8, and is currently rostered in 44% of leagues.
Zach Charbonnet is set for 11 points against the Commanders this week. He is owned in 86% of leagues.
Tyjae Spears is projected for 10 points against the Chargers. He is rostered in 51% of leagues.
Justice Hill is surprisingly projected for 10 points against the Dolphins - that is a favorable matchup at least. Hill is rostered in 37% of leagues.
Tight Ends
Only a couple tight ends are projected for solid fantasy showings in week 9.
T.J. Hockenson is projected for 11 points against his old team, the Lions. He's owned in 87% of fantasy leagues right now.
Mark Andrews is the only other tight end projected for double-digit points who is available in at least 10% of leagues. He's set for 10 points against the Dolphins and is owned in 81% of leagues.
Quarterbacks
If Brock Purdy plays, he's projected for a big week against the Giants. He's set at 19 points right now, and is owned in 69% of leagues.
Jared Goff is at 87% rostered going into a matchup against the Vikings. He's set for 18 points in that contest.
Kyler Murray is another QB looking to return from an injury. He's owned in 69% of leagues as well, but is projected for 17 points against the Cowboys.
Bryce Young is another injured quarterback to watch the status of. He's projected for 16 points against the Packers, and is rostered in only 16% of leagues.
C.J. Stroud is another QB projected for 16 points, but against the Broncos, who are a very tough matchup. He's rostered in 68% of leagues.
J.J. McCarthy is another injured QB hoping to return this week. He's set for 15 points against the Lions, and is down to 26% rostered.
Trevor Lawrence is rostered in 43% of leagues, and is set for 15 points against the Raiders.
Tua Tagovailoa has a favorable matchup against the Ravens, and is set for 15 points. He's owned in 21% of leagues.
Michael Penix is another injured quarterback - he hopes to play in week 9 against the Patriots. He's set for 15 points as well.
Matthew Stafford is rostered in 82% of leagues and is set for 15 points against the Saints. He's more trustworthy than a lot of the other QBs projected for 15 or 16 points, so he'd be the choice for me.
