We just took a look at fantasy football rankings for quarterbacks, and are now going to dive into some running backs.

We'll rank things from a PPR perspective and give a top 30. Check back for wide receiver and tight ends rankings for week 7.

Check out week 7 fantasy football projections for running backs on FantasySP as well.

1. Bijan Robinson

Robinson is my top-ranked back for week 7.

He has an above-average matchup against the 49ers. Robinson has been the top fantasy back on a per-game basis so far, so it makes sense to take him first.

2. Jonathan Taylor

Taylor gets the No. 2 spot this week - he's the No. 3 fantasy back on a per-week basis so far.

He has a below-average matchup coming against the Chargers, but he's delivered all season, so I'm not going to bet against him.

3. Christian McCaffrey

McCaffrey has a tough test against the Falcons, but it's hard to rank him any lower than this.

He's the No. 2 fantasy back on a weekly basis, and on volume alone, CMC usually gets to good fantasy totals. I expect more of that this week.

4. Josh Jacobs

Jacobs hasn't been super efficient on the ground, but he keeps scoring touchdowns and adding a bunch as a pass catcher to deliver high-end fantasy totals.

I see him delivering more strong results in a pretty favorable test against the Cardinals in week 7.

5. De'Von Achane

Achane has the toughest matchup for a fantasy back against the Browns, but on volume, I expect him to deliver plenty of points still.

Achane is the heart of the Dolphins' offense, and he should rack up enough touches to deliver a good fantasy total in the tough matchup.

6. Jahmyr Gibbs

Give me Gibbs in the No. 6 slot.

I expect him to get going a bit this week in a pretty favorable test against the Buccaneers.

7. Javonte Williams

Williams has the Commanders for a week 7 matchup.

Washington has been a pretty average test, but with how Williams has looked so far, I still like him safely inside the top 10.

8. Kyren Williams

Williams has a tougher test against the Jaguars in week 7, but I still like him as a top-10 option.

I don't see Puka Nacua playing, which will put more on Williams' plate. The defense can scheme to slow him down, but on a heavy workload, I see the Rams' RB delivering for fantasy owners.

9. Quinshon Judkins

Judkins cracks the top 10 this week because of a favorable matchup.

I already love what Judkins has done as a fantasy asset, and in a great matchup against the Dolphins, I see the rookie maybe having his best fantasy outing yet.

10. Rachaad White

I don't have Bucky Irving playing in week 7, so White will lead the Bucs' backfield again.

The Lions are a bit tougher fantasy test, otherwise White would rank even higher than this.

11. Jaylen Warren

Speaking of a favorable matchup, Warren has one against the Bengals.

It's actually the most favorable fantasy matchup a back could have, but on a short week, I don't see Warren getting quite as many touches as he usually would to deliver an even better fantasy finish.

12. Cam Skattebo

This seems low after what the rookie back did last week, but it's fair given his week 7 matchup.

He has a tougher test against the Broncos. If New York keeps the game close, Skattebo could easily outperform this ranking, especially if the Giants find the end zone a couple times.

13. Saquon Barkley

Man, does it ever look weird to have Barkley ranked this low. He probably isn't even deserving of this spot though.

He has a slightly above-average matchup against the Vikings coming, so maybe he'll finally get rolling as a fantasy asset.

14. Ashton Jeanty

Jeanty has picked things up over the past three weeks, and is trending up as a fantasy asset.

He has the Chiefs in week 7. KC is a pretty average matchup for a running back, and with how Geno Smith has played, I'm guessing the Raiders will lean on Jeanty again.

15. Breece Hall

Hall is coming off a down fantasy outing, but his usage was still great.

I see him getting back on track in an average matchup against the Panthers.

16. Jacory Croskey-Merritt

I want to rank Croskey-Merritt higher in a great matchup against the Cowboys, but I'm still not fully sold on him.

I'd still start him in most fantasy setups though.

17. D'Andre Swift

Swift is coming off a stellar fantasy outing, but he's still a back-end starting option, but probably worth spots in most leagues.

The Saints are actually a below-average matchup for backs, but after last week, I'd be willing to try Swift again.

18. Alvin Kamara

It's a shame Kamara's fantasy outlook has dwindled, because he has a stellar matchup against the Bears this coming week.

Maybe this will be the game that gets the Saints' RB back on track. If not, he might be dropped in some leagues.

19. Rico Dowdle

The status of Chuba Hubbard is something to watch, but I still see Dowdle leading the backfield upon Hubbard's return. If Hubbard is out again, I'd slide Dowdle up several spots.

He'll have a pretty average matchup against the Jets, but if Hubbard is back, Dowdle should be viewed as more of a flex-level guy, not a locked-in starter.

20. Travis Etienne

Etienne has had a couple down weeks in a row, and now he has a tougher test coming against the Rams, so No. 20 might even be too generous.

I see him performing a bit better this week, and being worth a spot in most leagues.

21. Jordan Mason

Mason has been solid since taking over as the Vikings' lead back.

Facing Philly in week 7 actually sets up as a pretty favorable matchup, and with subpar QB play in Minnesota, this could be a game where Mason is the focal point of the offense.

22. J.K. Dobbins

Dobbins is still the lead back for the Broncos.

He gets the Giants in week 7, which is an above-average test on paper. It's a worse matchup than Mason, so that's why Dobbins is below him in the rankings.

23. Rhamondre Stevenson

Stevenson gets the No. 23 spot, mostly because of a super favorable test against the Titans.

He'd rank much higher if TreVeyon Henderson wasn't around, but both backs could be good fantasy assets in this matchup.

24. Kimani Vidal

Vidal ended up leading the Chargers' backfield in week 7.

Most want to see him ranked higher, but a tougher test against the Colts is why I'm down on him. He still will split the backfield a bit too, so I'm not all-in on Vidal.

25. Chase Brown

I still cannot believe that Brown hasn't gotten rolling on the ground.

He's scored enough points of late to try in a flex spot though, although this week he needs to be in a starting spot because he's playing Thursday. Pittsburgh is a below-average matchup on paper.

26. Kenneth Walker

Walker cannot shake Zach Charbonnet, and until that happens, it's hard to rank Walker any higher.

A tougher matchup against the Texans will make it tough sledding for Walker, and he'd likely need a score to finish way higher than this by the end of the week.

27. David Montgomery

Montgomery gets a top-30 spot because of the favorable test coming against the Buccaneers.

I expect the Lions' offense to bounce back a bit, which means Montgomery will be set up for a better fantasy showing.

28. Isiah Pacheco

Pacheco had a decent showing on the ground in week 6, although he only received 12 carries.

An average test against the Raiders should make him and Kareem Hunt decent fantasy assets, and after last week's usage, I'm taking Pacheco over Hunt.

29. Nick Chubb

Woody Marks burst onto the scene a couple weeks ago, but Chubb led the backfield again in the team's last game.

I'll take Chubb over Marks in an average test against the Seahawks in week 7.

30. Kenneth Gainwell

The super favorable test against the Bengals is enough reason to try the Steelers' top-two running backs.

Gainwell adds some sneaky good PPR value, so don't overlook him this week.
