It's time to get into the week 5 fantasy football rankings!

We will begin with wide receivers this week, and tackle things from a PPR perspective. Check back for my rankings on quarterbacks, running backs and tight ends.

Check out week 5 fantasy football projections for wide receivers on FantasySP as well.

1. Puka Nacua

I'm not turning away from Nacua until he gives me a reason to.

He has a tough matchup against the Niners on Thursday night, but I still expect Nacua to deliver a big fantasy score.

2. Amon-Ra St. Brown

St. Brown gets the No. 2 spot going into a pretty favorable test against the Bengals in week 5.

ARSB continues to deliver week after week, and he should put up good points, even if the Lions roll over the Bengals.

3. Nico Collins

Collins lands as my No. 3 receiver going into a favorable matchup against the Ravens.

Collins and the Texans' offense got rolling a bit last week, and he could put up a big fantasy score in a favorable matchup this week.

4. Garrett Wilson

I agree with the FantasySP projections and see Wilson starring in a super favorable test against the Cowboys.

Wilson has delivered despite revolving QBs in New York, but he should go off in this matchup in week 5.

5. Jaxon Smith-Njigba

Smith-Njigba stays in the top five for week 5.

He has the Buccaneers this coming week, which sets up as a tough matchup, but I don't see JSN slowing down.

6. Justin Jefferson

Jefferson falls to No. 6 going into a clash against the Browns.

That's a slightly below-average test for the Vikings' star wideout.

7. George Pickens

Pickens gets a massive boost up after a standout week 4 showing.

He has the Jets in week 5, which is an average fantasy test. I see Pickens shining for a second straight week.

8. Ja'Marr Chase

Chase continues to underwhelm, but I just cannot seem to drop him super far.

He has an average test against the Lions in week 5. Even if the Bengals get crushed, Chase could put up big fantasy numbers on volume alone, and that's why he's still in my top 10.

9. Quentin Johnston

Johnston gets a spot in the top 10 after continuing his early-season surge.

He's WR4 so far, so this is more than a fair spot for him. Johnston has the Commanders in week 5, which is an above-average fantasy matchup for the wideout.

10. Xavier Worthy

Worthy jumps into the top 10 after just one game.

He helped the Chiefs' offense get rolling, and should be the No. 1 pass catcher until Rashee Rice is back. Worthy has the Jaguars in week 5, which is another above-average matchup for the receiver.

11. Davante Adams

Adams just misses the top 10 this week going into the Thursday night battle with the Niners.

He's produced plenty despite Nacua leading the way, so don't be scared to fire up Adams every week.

12. Emeka Egbuka

Egbuka shows up at No. 12 this week.

He has a tough test against the Seahawks in week 5, but with Mike Evans banged up and Chris Godwin not up to speed yet, I expect Egbuka to keep leading the Bucs.

13. Chris Olave

Olave is coming off a bit of a down showing, but did find the end zone once.

I have him ranked this high because of a super favorable matchup against the Giants. I'm thinking the Giants' defense regresses after holding the Chargers in check last week, and Olave will be the Saints' top pass catcher and put up a good fantasy score as a result.

14. Jakobi Meyers

A second straight wideout who gets the nod because of a good matchup.

Meyers, who was unimpressive in week 4, has a great matchup against the Colts in week 5, and I expect a bounceback performance from him.

15. Marvin Harrison

I like what Harrison did to end week 4, and in a favorable matchup against the Titans in week 5, I expect him to continue putting up numbers.

We'll see if Harrison can establish himself a bit, and become a more confident fantasy play.

16. Jaylen Waddle

Waddle is the new No. 1 wideout for the Dolphins after the Tyreek Hill injury.

His first test against the Panthers is one of the toughest, but as the best pass catcher in Miami, I expect Waddle to still deliver a good fantasy score.

17. Michael Pittman

Pittman has a very favorable test against the Raiders in week 5, so that's why he ranks as high as he does.

Pittman has a score in back-to-back games, and three overall, so this is probably a safer ranking than you think.

18. Tetairoa McMillan

McMillan has been solid in his rookie season, but no scores is holding back his fantasy value.

I like him against the Dolphins in week 5, even though that's a tougher matchup on paper.

19. A.J. Brown

Brown nearly falls outside the top 20 after another poor fantasy showing in week 4.

A tough matchup against the Broncos looms, but after spending an early pick on him, you have to keep trusting him, at least for a bit longer.

20. Zay Flowers

Flowers was pretty good in week 4, but now might be without Lamar Jackson.

In a bit tougher test against the Texans, he ranks a bit lower as a result.

21. Courtland Sutton

Sutton has been good this season, and has a score in three of four games.

He has the Eagles in week 5, which is a pretty average fantasy matchup for a wide receiver. I see Sutton leading the Broncos again and delivering a good fantasy score.

22. Keenan Allen

The second Charger in my top-30 rankings is Allen. He took a step back last week, but I still like utilizing him in week 5.

With bye weeks and injuries hurting fantasy owners, why not fire up Allen in a good matchup against the Commanders?

23. Deebo Samuel Sr.

Speaking of the Commanders, Samuel could be their No. 1 wideout again, if Terry McLaurin is out, or hampered.

Samuel could get a boost with McLaurin back, and he'd really be helped if Jayden Daniels were to return. The matchup against the Chargers is tough, but someone has to deliver for Washington, and my guess is on Samuel being the guy.

24. Brian Thomas

He's been steady, but unimpressive over the past three weeks. At least he's pretty involved.

I don't love his matchup against the Chiefs, as it's a below-average test. But again, someone needs to produce for Jacksonville, and my guess is on Thomas.

25. Wan'Dale Robinson

Robinson gets a big boost after the season-ending injury to Malik Nabers. He'll have a chance to lead the Giants' pass catchers every week.

He's had a couple down games in a row, but an average matchup against the Saints is one to try Robinson in this week.

26. Jameson Williams

Williams has turned into a boom-or-bust fantasy option, but on a high-powered Lions' offense, I never hate the idea of playing him.

The favorable test against the Bengals is one to try Williams in if you have dealt with injuries or have a couple guys on byes this week.

27. Khalil Shakir

Shakir has quietly delivered two straight good fantasy performances, and could be the Bills' No. 1 wideout moving forward.

He has an average matchup against the Patriots, and I think he will deliver in that game.

28. Ladd McConkey

McConkey continues to disappoint, and this might be his last chance to appear in my top 30.

He looks like his team's No. 3 wideout after Johnston and Allen right now. Maybe the favorable test against the Commanders can finally get him rolling.

29. Calvin Ridley

Ridley has been underwhelming this season, but in a pretty average matchup against the Cardinals, I'd be willing to test him out this week.

Maybe he and Cameron Ward can finally get rolling this week. There's certainly worse options out there, so in a pinch, I don't mind starting Ridley.

30. Tee Higgins

Higgins has underwhelmed all season, but I'm going to trust him over others and give him the No. 30 spot.

The pretty average test against the Lions is good enough to start Higgins if you don't have any better options.
