We just took a look at the Cardinals top fantasy football players for week 4, and now are back to look over the Seahawks' best options.

Be sure to keep checking back to FantasySP later this week for more start/sit help!

Having trouble deciding who to start in week 4? Let the FantasySP start/sit tool help you make a decision.

Sam Darnold Fantasy Outlook

Darnold had a down showing in week 1, but has been pretty solid as a fantasy asset over his past two games.

He has 663 passing yards, four touchdowns and two interceptions so far. Darnold has completed 70.3% of his passes and has added 14 rushing yards on two attempts.

The clash with the Cardinals on Thursday will be a pretty average matchup for Darnold, who is projected for 17 fantasy points in week 4.

I haven't ranked my quarterbacks for week 4 yet, but Darnold should be in the middle of them somewhere. He's an underrated option for this week, and is a bit better streaming option than he probably appears at first glance.

I wouldn't mind starting him in a standard league in a pinch, but prefer him in deeper setups, or two-QB leagues.

Running Back Fantasy Outlooks

Kenneth Walker and Zach Charbonnet are the team's top-two running backs. George Holani could factor in if Charbonnet misses a second straight game. Charbonnet has been practicing through a foot injury, so I'd expect him back out there this week.

Across three games, Walker has played 73 offensive snaps. He's rushed for 163 yards and three scores on 39 attempts, while adding 29 receiving yards on five receptions and targets.

Charbonnet has played 66 snaps across two games. He has 27 rushing attempts and no targets in the passing game. Charbonnet has rushed for 57 yards and a score so far.

Holani has played 20 snaps and logged 12 touches (all in week 3). He has 27 rushing yards on 10 carries and 15 receiving yards on two grabs and targets.

I expect Walker to lead the backfield in week 4, with Charbonnet backing him up. Holani would only have a role if Charbonnet was out.

Arizona is a pretty favorable fantasy matchup for running backs, so I like Walker a bit this week. I have him ranked 24th in my top-30 fantasy running back rankings for the upcoming week. That might seem a bit low, but with Charbonnet likely back, and on a short week, I see it as more of a split backfield.

Charbonnet didn't crack my top 30, but he also isn't super far outside my rankings either. He'd be worth some deep-league starts if he's cleared to play. Holani would just be an option in really deep leagues if Charbonnet cannot go.

Wide Receiver Fantasy Outlooks

Jaxon Smith-Njigba is the clear, unquestioned leader in the passing game for the Seahawks. He leads the team in targets, receptions and yards so far.

Cooper Kupp is the team's No. 2 wideout. Rookie Tory Horton has played the third-most snaps among the wideouts. Jake Bobo, Dareke Young and Cody White are a few more depth options.

Kupp has played 122 snaps so far, which is the most among the wide receivers. He has 15 targets, catching 11 for 136 yards and no scores. Kupp had three targets in weeks 1 and 3, then nine in week 2, so there's no guessing as to where he might be in week 4.

Smith-Njigba has played 110 snaps. He's caught 22 of his 29 targets for 323 yards and a score. JSN had 13 targets in week 1, 10 in week 2 and six in week 3. He's delivered monster fantasy totals in each game.

Horton has eight targets on the season, and they are all over the past two weeks. He's made five grabs for 64 yards and two touchdowns, which leads the team.

Bobo has no targets across his 29 snaps. Young has a 12-yard catch on his lone target across 24 snaps. White has no targets across just five snaps played. None of those guys are relevant fantasy assets when the pass catchers are all healthy, which they are.

JSN is the top fantasy option and is a must-start fantasy wideout at this point. I have him way up at No. 4 on my weekly rankings.

He's projected for 17 PPR fantasy points in what is a stellar matchup against the Cardinals. Get him in those lineups no matter what.

Kupp is an intriguing fantasy option in a favorable matchup here, but he's not amongst my top-30 fantasy wideouts for the week. He's also not super far outside the list. I prefer him in deeper fantasy setups only, but wouldn't be opposed to using him in a standard league in a pinch.

Horton also is a decent option, but is just a deep-league starting option. The deeper the league, the more likely it is that I'd want to take a chance on starting him. He might need an injury to Kupp or JSN to be a weekly standard league starting option though.

You can skip every other Seattle wideout in this one. JSN is going to dominate the targets, with Kupp and Horton scooping up most of the leftover looks.

Tight End Fantasy Outlooks

AJ Barner has played the most snaps amongst the Seattle tight ends. Rookie Elijah Arroyo has also been pretty involved, but has a groin injury he's now working through. That could mean more work for Eric Saubert.

Barner actually leads any pass catcher in snaps with 133 so far. He has just six targets though, making four grabs for 49 yards and a touchdown. Barner had two targets in week 1, three in week 2 and just one in week 3.

Arroyo has played 70 offensive snaps through three weeks. He has three receptions across five targets for 38 yards. Arroyo had three targets in week 2 and just one look in the other two games.

Saubert had a target in week 3, making a 12-yard catch. He's played 59 snaps, but that's been his only target so far.

It's a slightly above-average matchup for the Seattle tight ends, but with no great fantasy option, it's not something many are going to take advantage of.

No Seahawk TE made the projection page - Barner is set for 5.2 points, Arroyo is at 3.6 and Saubert is at just 1.7. None of them made my top-25 fantasy TE ranking list.

I'd only consider these tight ends in deep fantasy leagues. I like Barner the best, followed by Arroyo (if he plays). Saubert wouldn't be a starting option, even if Arroyo is out, but it could make Barner a bit better deep-league option.

Kicker Fantasy Outlook

Jason Myers does the kicking for the Seahawks. He's six-of-seven on his field goals and has made all 10 of his extra points so far.

He's projected for eight fantasy points on Thursday night. This game is projected for 43.5 points, which is a solid total, but not a great one.

I do like Myers over Chad Ryland, who kicks for the Cardinals. Myers has some standard league starting upside, and really it's a close call with a bunch of other fantasy kickers.

Defense/Special Teams Fantasy Outlook

The Seattle D/ST is projected for six fantasy points on Thursday. That equates to an average-or-worse projection among the D/ST units.

Seattle's defense has allowed 17 or less points in each of the first three games. The Seahawks haven't played any great offenses though either.

The Seahawks have allowed 285 or less total yards in back-to-back weeks, after allowing the Niners to rack up 384 yards in week 1. Seattle had two takeaways in weeks 1 and 2, and another takeaway in week 3. The Seahawks have six sacks so far.

I like the Seattle D/ST more than I do the Arizona unit. They aren't a must-start D/ST in week 4 though. Weigh your options and see if they are the best option for you.
