We just went over the Bills' top fantasy players for week 3, and now will look into some guys for the Dolphins.

Be sure to keep checking back to FantasySP for even more start/sit content for week 3 of the season!

Having trouble deciding who to start in week 3? Let the FantasySP start/sit tool help you make a decision.

Tua Tagovailoa Fantasy Outlook

Tagovailoa has had two very different fantasy showings in the first two weeks of the regular season.

He had just 114 passing yards, a touchdown and two interceptions in week 1 against the Colts. Tagovailoa threw for 315 yards, two touchdowns and one pick in week 2 against the Patriots.

Both resulted in losses, so it hasn't been good enough for this team or offense. With Tua not adding anything on the ground, his fantasy value relies on his passing numbers. He's been sacked eight times in two games as well, which is a concerning trend for an oft-injured QB.

Anyways, this matchup looks pretty solid on paper, but that's because of what Lamar Jackson did to the Bills back in week 1. Buffalo made Justin Fields and the Jets' offense look terrible in week 2.

Tagovailoa is projected for a pretty solid week at 17 fantasy points. Some of that is the matchup, and some of it is him looking better in week 2.

The game flow will likely lead to Tua throwing a bunch, and garbage-time stats count the same, so I also like Tagovailoa this week. I haven't ranked quarterbacks for the week, but he should be in the mix to start in standard leagues, but is definitely a more safe deep-league option.

Running Back Fantasy Outlooks

De'Von Achane has been the Dolphins' best fantasy asset through two weeks, and it's really not that close.

He's dominated the backfield, getting 29 of the 37 touches through two games. Achane has 85 rushing yards on 18 attempts, while catching 11 of his 14 targets for 112 yards and two scores. He's played 88 snaps.

Achane has been a bit underwhelming on the ground, but a lot of that is a lack of attempts in a couple games they trailed in. He's made up for it as a pass catcher, and that's what makes him such a stellar fantasy asset every week.

Ollie Gordon is at five touches across 19 snaps played. Alec Ingold has three touches over 33 snaps, and Jeff Wilson doesn't have a touch over two snaps.

Gordon has 12 rushing yards on three attempts, while adding four yards on two catches and targets. Ingold has three catches for 14 yards across four targets.

Jaylen Wright is expected back this week, and he could take over as RB2 for the Dolphins. It's not going to change much for Achane, who remains a must-start asset in all fantasy leagues. Wright's presence could mean less work for Gordon and Ingold, who weren't big fantasy assets anyways.

Achane is projected for 22 PPR fantasy points in week 3. Gordon is at 4.2 points, while Wright sits at 2.1 for now.

Achane is my No. 8 back for week 3. He should lead the offense again against the Bills, who have been average through two games against running backs.

Wright and Gordon are deep-league assets, but not good starting options. Wilson and Ingold are fantasy nonfactors.

Wide Receiver Fantasy Outlooks

Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle continue to serve as the team's top wide receiver duo. Malik Washington, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine  and Dee Eskridge have also played this season.

Hill has logged 78 offensive snaps, getting 13 targets along the way. He has 149 yards on 10 catches.

Waddle is at 98 yards and a score on nine receptions. He has 11 targets over his 78 plays.

Washington has caught three of his seven targets for 22 yards. He's played 63 snaps so far.

Westbrook-Ikhine has three catches for 25 yards across five targets. He's played 37 offensive snaps.

Eskridge has 17 yards on two catches. He's been targeted three times over his 17 snaps.

Waddle is listed as questionable with a shoulder injury. He was limited in practice on Tuesday and Wednesday, so his status will be one to watch as the game nears. I expect him to play.

It's a below-average matchup for the wideouts, as Buffalo has been stout through two games. Hill is projected for 14 PPR points, while Waddle is at 12.

Hill ranks 18th on my top-30 fantasy wideout list for week 3. Waddle didn't make the cut, with his injury and the tough matchup playing roles in that.

With Waddle banged up, I especially like starting Hill on Thursday. He's the top receiver already, and could be even more involved with Waddle battling through his injury.

Waddle is another standard league option, but in the tough matchup and with the injury, I'm trending toward only starting him in deeper fantasy setups.

I like Washington most after that, but he's just a deep-league option, and not a very strong one. The same could be said for Westbrook-Ikhine. Eskridge shouldn't be rostered in any leagues to begin with.

Washington and Westbrook-Ikhine would get slight bumps if Waddle can't go, but I'd more bump the fantasy outlooks for Hill and Achane if that happens.

Tight End Fantasy Outlooks

Darren Waller was ruled out again with a hip injury, so he's still yet to suit up for his new squad.

Julian Hill and Tanner Conner have split the tight end duties so far.

Hill has logged 57 snaps, while Conner is at 54 snaps. Hill doesn't have a target though, while Conner has four. Conner has made two grabs for 20 yards.

Neither are good fantasy options, and are both projected for three or less PPR points. Of course, neither are ranked in my top 25 for week 3.

It's a brutal matchup for the tight ends anyways, so you don't have to worry about either guy for week 3. Stay away from both guys at all costs.

Conner gets the nod over Hill if choosing between the two.

Kicker Fantasy Outlook

Riley Patterson does the kicking for the Dolphins right now.

He's projected for six fantasy points this week, which is one of the lowest totals for a kicker.

Patterson has made both of his field goals and all three of his extra points through the first two games. This could be a higher-scoring game, but I see Buffalo doing a lot of that scoring.

If Miami gets behind big early, they could forgo extra points too, so I'm not loving Patterson as a fantasy kicking option in week 3.

Defense/Special Teams Fantasy Outlook

The Miami defense has not looked good through two weeks.

It was thrashed by the Colts in week 1, and the Patriots also were able to move the ball in week 2. In the two games combined, the Dolphins' defense has surrendered 751 total yards.

Buffalo's offense is no joke, and isn't one to test with a fantasy D/ST anyways. Miami's D/ST is projected for four fantasy points in week 3 - that's the lowest score of any D/ST.

Miami's defense will be without cornerback Storm Duck and safety Ifeatu Melifonwu at least, and defensive tackle Benito Jones and linebacker Chop Robinson are each questionable.

If it's not apparent yet, you need to avoid playing the Miami D/ST this coming week. There has to be a better option out there - literally anyone is!
