It's time to start turning the page on the second week of the NFL regular season. Here, we'll go over weekly projections to identify some more waiver wire options.

We'll only cover players with an own percentage below 90.

Also be sure to check out waiver wire stories on quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers, tight ends, FAAB QB and TE and FAAB WR and RB.

Check out fantasy football projections on FantasySP all season.

Quarterbacks

Jordan Love is projected for 18 fantasy points and is owned in 83% of leagues.

He's been good through two weeks, and gets the Browns in week 3. After a mini-bye, Love and the Packers' offense should be able to keep things rolling.

Jared Goff is set for 17 points in his matchup against the Ravens.

Baltimore's defense has struggled a bit against opposing fantasy QBs so far, and with the Lions' offense getting back on track in week 2, Goff looks like a pretty good starting option in week 3.

Tua Tagovailoa is projected for 17 points in his games against the Bills. He's owned in 29% of leagues.

Tua got back on track a bit in week 2, and the matchup is solid enough to try him in again in week 3. At the very least, Tagovailoa should be able to rack up garbage time stats to deliver a good fantasy score.

Geno Smith is set for 17 points against the Commanders in week 3.

Smith looked bad on Monday night, but the matchup isn't too daunting. I think there's better options out there, but in a pinch, maybe Smith can have a nice bounceback showing in week 3.

Bryce Young is another quarterback who is projected for 17 points this week. He is owned in 19% of leagues and plays the Falcons in week 3.

Young has been so-so in the early going, while the Falcons' defense has had two very different performances through two weeks. I don't love the matchup, but it also isn't the worst.

Tight Ends

Dallas Goedert is rostered in 80% of leagues after missing week 2 with an injury. He's set for 12 PPR fantasy points in week 3 against the Rams.

Goedert is the third-best pass catching option for the Eagles' offense, but that's enough to give him plenty of fantasy attention and starts. Take advantage of his missed game in week 2 and hope he returns in week 3.

Evan Engram (87% rostered) and Jake Ferguson (82%) are each projected for nine PPR points in week 3.

Engram has a matchup against the Chargers, while Ferguson will take on the Bears. Engram has started really slow this season, while Ferguson is coming off a big game, so I'd prefer him between the two.

Wide Receivers

Cedric Tillman is projected for 12 PPR fantasy points in week 3 against the Packers. He's rostered in 66% of leagues.

Tillman struggled a bit in week 2 after a nice week 1 performance. I don't love the matchup, as the Packers' defense has been stout early on. Fantasy owners could hope Cleveland throws it a bunch, but it's a hope, so I'm not thrilled at the idea of adding and utilizing Tillman outside deeper leagues this week.

Jauan Jennings is set for 12 PPR points in week 3 against the Cardinals. He's rostered in 89% of leagues.

Jennings was good in week 2, and has a nice outlook with George Kittle out for the foreseeable future. I don't love starting pass catchers on a team starting Mac Jones at quarterback, but the Niners' offense is probably good enough to try Jennings out this coming week.

Josh Downs is projected for 11 PPR points against the Titans. He's rostered in 66% of leagues.

Downs was better in week 2, but now has a tougher matchup in week 3. Indy's offense has looked good in the early going, but this matchup scares me off Downs.

Joshua Palmer (28%), Rashid Shaheed (77%), Marquise Brown (89%) and Keenan Allen (89%) are all set for 10 PPR points this coming week.

Palmer has a matchup against the Dolphins. He has seven grabs for 108 yards across 12 targets through two weeks, so he's worth a look in deeper leagues.

Shaheed had 52 yards and a score in week 2, but struggled to 33 yards on six catches in week 1. A clash against the Seahawks awaits in week 3.

Brown only had 30 yards on five catches and targets in week 2, after racking up 99 yards on 10 grabs and 16 targets in week 1. He'll look for a better outing in week 3 against the Giants.

Allen has the Broncos in week 3, which is a tougher matchup. Allen has been good through two weeks, with 129 yards and two scores on 12 grabs and 17 targets.

Running Backs

Unsurprisingly, most of the good fantasy backs are already scooped up.

Dylan Sampson is projected for 15 PPR points against the Packers. He's rostered in 86% of leagues.

I'm surprised to see his projection that high, and don't like Sampson nearly that much this week. Quinshon Judkins could lead the backfield this week, and he's the Browns' RB I'd consider playing.

Cleveland's Jerome Ford (50%) is set for 12 PPR points this coming week. Again, I'm not a fan of utilizing him, and wouldn't consider him outside a deep league.

If you are wondering, Judkins is projected for 10.5 PPR points against the Packers. He's owned in 83% of leagues, and that number will rise as we near the start of week 3.
