Week 13 Fantasy Football Injury Report | Isiah Pacheco, JK Dobbins, Dalton Kincaid and More
These are all the injuries you need to be monitoring throughout the week.
Quarterbacks
Brock Purdy, San Francisco 49ers (Shoulder)
After missing Week 12, Purdy has only been able to practice in a limited fashion so far this week. There is a chance he returns for Week 13 but he is far from a lock. It's not clear who would start if he misses the game but either way, it's a huge downgrade.
Trevor Lawrence, Jacksonville Jaguars (Shoulder)
Lawrence has begun talking about how in-season surgery for his shoulder injury is not off the table. This situation continues to look worse and worse, especially with the Jags having nothing to play for and no reason to risk further injury.
Tommy DeVito, New York Giants (Wrist)
DeVito is not going to be able to play on a shortened week and Drew Lock will get the start in the team's Thanksgiving game.
Running Backs
David Montgomery, Detroit Lions (Shoulder)
Montgomery is officially listed as questionable for Week 13, however, it looks like he should be able to suit up for the Lions Thanksgiving Day showdown.
JK Dobbins, Los Angeles Chargers (Knee)
Dobbins left the Chargers Week 12 matchup with a knee injury and was not able to return. He has already been ruled out for this week and is expected to miss at least some time moving forward. Gus Edwards is most likely to lead an unpredictable committee in his absence.
Breece Hall, New York Jets (Knee)
This came out of nowhere, but Hall is apparently dealing with some lingering knee soreness. We don't know much but it doesn't sound like he's a lock to play on Sunday.
Isiah Pacheco, Kansas City Chiefs (Leg)
Pacheco is expected to return for Week 13. This could cause a mess in the Chiefs backfield between Pacheco and Kareem Hunt for the remainder of the season.
Brian Robinson Jr, Washington Commanders (Ankle)
Robinson is dealing with an ankle injury that he suffered last week and seems to be on the wrong side of questionable for Week 13. Austin Ekeler has already been ruled out for this week due to a concussion.
Tank Bigsby, Jacksonville Jaguars (Ankle)
Bigsby returned to a full practice this week and appears to be on track to return to action on Sunday.
Alexander Mattison, Las Vegas Raiders (Ankle)
Mattison is once again questionable with an ankle injury this week but is still very questionable to return. However, he has a better chance to return than Zamir White who has not been able to practice at all this week.
Tyjae Spears, Tennessee Titans (Concussion)
Spears has not been able to practice this week due to a concussion and is in danger of missing Week 13.
Wide Receivers
Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions (Hamstring)
St. Brown appeared to be in danger of missing Week 13 but now looks to be on track to play on Thanksgiving.
DK Metcalf, Seattle Seahawks (Shoulder)
Metcalf is yet to practice this week and is in danger of not being able to play. This is a situation to monitor and could go either way.
Calvin Ridley, Tennessee Titans (Ankle)
Ridley was unable to practice on Wednesday, however, doesn't seem to be in any real danger of mission Week 13.
Darnell Mooney, Atlanta Falcons (Hamstring)
Mooney is expected to be able to play this week and feels good coming off the bye week.
Devonta Smith, Philadelphia Eagles (Hamstring)
After missing Week 12, Smith was listed as a DNP on Wednesday and could miss another game.
Josh Downs, Indianapolis Colts (Shoulder)
Downs appears to be a long shot to play in Week 13 but has not been ruled out. Alec Pierce is also questionable to play this week.
DeMario Douglas, New England Patriots (Ankle)
Douglas is expected to be able to play this week despite starting the week out limited due to an ankle injury.
Romeo Doubs, Green Bay Packers (Concussion)
Doubs is not expected to play this week due to a concussion.
Cedrick Tillman, Cleveland Browns (Concussion)
Tillman is still in the concussion protocol after suffering a concussion on Thursday Night Football in Week 12.
Jalen Coker, Carolina Panthers (Quad)
Coker was listed as a DNP on Wednesday and his status is up in the air for Week 13.
Keon Coleman, Buffalo Bills (Wrist)
Coleman was a limited participant in practice Wednesday and hopes to return this week after missing multiple weeks.
Tight Ends
Noah Fant, Seattle Seahawks (Groin)
Fant was a full participant on practice Wednesday and appears to be on track to return this week.
Tyler Higbee, Los Angeles Rams (Knee)
Higbee practiced in a limited fashion this week but is unlikely to make his season debut this week.
Jake Ferguson, Dallas Cowboys (Concussion)
Ferguson has been ruled out for Thanksgiving with a concussion.
Dalton Kincaid, Buffalo Bills (Knee)
Kincaid was unable to practice on Wednesday and his status for Week 13 is in question.
Will Dissly, Los Angeles Chargers (Groin)
Dissly is dealing with a groin injury and was unable to practice on Wednesday. He should be considered questionable for Week 13.
Ja'Tavion Sanders, Carolina Panthers (Neck)
It's very unlikely that Sanders won't miss time after suffering a scary neck injury in Week 12.
