Week 2 Fantasy Basketball Projections and Waiver Wire Options: Tre Jones, Dillon Brooks, Rui Hachimura and More

The second week of the fantasy basketball season starts up tonight, so it's time to look at weekly projections to identify some waiver wire or streaming options. 

We'll only cover players with an own percentage below 90.

Point Guards

CJ McCollum is projected for 32 points over three games this week. He is rostered in 87% of fantasy leagues right now.

Collin Sexton is set for 29 points over four contests in week 2. He is owned in 79% of leagues at the moment.

Dylan Harper is projected for 28 points over three games this week. He is rostered in 75% of fantasy leagues.

D'Angelo Russell is rostered in 62% of leagues and is set for 26 points in week 2. He has three games lined up.

Russell Westbrook is projected for 25 points over three contests. He's rostered in 54% of fantasy leagues.

Walter Clayton Jr. is set for 25 points over four games this week. He's only owned in 13% of leagues.

Tre Jones is rostered in 77% of leagues and is set for 24 points over four contests. Dennis Schroder is set for 24 points over three games and is owned in 79% of leagues.

Chris Paul is another point guard set at 24 projected points. He has two games this week, and is rostered in 44% of leagues.

Shooting Guards

Cedric Coward is projected for 31 points over four contests in week 2. He's up to 85% rostered and was the biggest waiver wire pickup of the day.

Quentin Grimes is set for 29 points over four games this coming week. He's rostered in 57% of leagues.

Tre Johnson is projected for 28 points over three contests. He's owned in 53% of leagues at the moment.

Bradley Beal is set for 25 points over two games, while Bilal Coulibaly is at 25 points over three contests. Beal is owned in 63% of leagues, while Coulibaly is at 30%.

Donte DiVincenzo has three games this week and is projected for 23 points. He's owned in 80% of leagues.

Brandin Podziemski is projected for 23 points over four contests. He's rostered in 49% of fantasy leagues.

Kevin Huerter is another player set for 23 points - he has four games this week. He's rostered in 23% of leagues.
