Risers
Nickeil Alexander-Walker - Atlanta Hawks
Alexander-Walker has risen over 23 draft spots over the past week, and is now going at pick 73.21 overall.
He was last season's most improved player, and fantasy owners are hoping for more of last year's production. Alexander-Walker averaged 20.8 points, 3.7 assists, 3.4 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 0.5 blocks over 33.4 minutes per game in his 78 games played (71 starts).

Alexander-Walker shot 45.9% overall and was 39.9% from 3-point land. He appeared to have finally found a home after splitting time between three teams in his first six years in the league.
He's still only 28 years old too, so there's reason to believe he could deliver at last year's levels, or even improve a bit, as he's entering his prime seasons.
Atlanta has some good players on the roster, led by Jalen Johnson, but there's also room for Alexander-Walker to deliver. I think his ADP is still a good value right now, and that it could improve some more yet. If you are drafting now, you might be able to snag him in the middle rounds, which could lead to him being a draft steal in 2026-27.
Dejounte Murray - New Orleans Pelicans
Murray has an ADP of 75.31 after rising 18.87 picks over the past week.
Murray enters the season pretty healthy, after two injury-impacted campaigns in a row. He's combined for 45 games the past two years.
Healthier now, he could be a big contributor for a New Orleans squad lacking a ton of talent. He's the projected starter at point guard, but should play enough regardless to be a good fantasy asset.
Health is the biggest question surrounding Murray, so drafting/rostering him is all about risk vs. reward. At his current ADP, I don't mind gambling on him, especially if he's not a counted on guard. A healthier year from him could have him as another draft steal, so take a risk on him in the middle rounds.
Tyrese Haliburton - Indiana Pacers
Haliburton is up to pick 30.55 on average after rising over 15 picks in the past week.
Haliburton is set to hit the court again after missing all of the 2025-26 season while recovering from his Achilles tear he suffered in the 2024-25 Finals.
Across 73 regular season games that year, he averaged 33.6 minutes, 18.6 points, 9.2 assists, 3.5 rebounds, 1.4 steals and 0.7 blocks per game. He shot 38.8% from 3-point land and was 47.3% overall.
Nobody knows how he will look post-injury, but at just 26 years old, I see him getting back to his old levels of play, at least. He'll help power the Pacers, and has enough talent around him where he won't be asked to do too much.
If he can stay healthy all season, he could easily make that ADP of his look foolish by the end of the year. I think he gets several games off, and has his minutes monitored though, so I wouldn't want to draft him too much sooner than pick 30.
Fallers
Myles Turner - Milwaukee Bucks
Turner is going at pick 93 overall after falling 28.25 picks in the past seven days.
His first season in Milwaukee was mostly a struggle. Over 71 games and 26.9 minutes a contest, Turner averaged 11.9 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.6 blocks and 0.7 steals. He shot just 44% overall and was 38.3% from deep.
There's a chance for improved production without Giannis Antetokounmpo around now, but the addition of the Heat players (Tyler Herro, Jaime Jaquez Jr. and especially Kel'el Ware) could mean another so-so season is coming for Turner.
I don't mind taking a chance on him near his ADP, especially with it dropping. He could bounce back a bit and be a draft steal of sorts from that pick.
Ivica Zubac - Indiana Pacers
Zubac is another big being dropped. He's at pick 58.55 after falling nearly 20 picks over the past week.
He is coming off a shortened season and averaged 30.1 minutes across his 48 games with the Clippers and then Pacers. Zubac averaged 14.1 points, 10.6 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 0.8 blocks and 0.4 steals per contest.
As long as he's healthy, I see the double-double threat as a good fantasy asset. He has Pascal Siakam next to him, and Haliburton returning, but I still like Zubac's outlook for 2026-27.
I think his new ADP is at a really good spot and that he could be a stellar value pick from there. I'd be thrilled to get him near that pick, especially if you are lacking at center at that point.
Ja Morant - Portland Trail Blazers
Morant has fallen 13.62 picks to No. 62.38 overall.
Morant is another guy looking to stay healthy. He'll look to impress for his new team after being traded to Portland this offseason.
He played 50 games in 2024-25, but combined for 29 games in the two other seasons since 2022-23. Morant is a big-time player and fantasy asset when healthy, but things could change with his new squad.
Portland has some good players on the roster, so Morant might not be the top option every night. He could still be a very good fantasy player though, and I think his ADP is more than fair.
It's all about availability with him now though. If you want to take a mid-round gamble, then Morant is a good/great option.
