Morgan gives his week 13 fantasy football rankings for tight ends.

Let's cap our week 13 fantasy football ranking series by going over tight ends.

We already covered quarterbacks, running backs and wide receivers in other articles.

Check out week 13 fantasy football projections for tight ends on FantasySP as well.

1. Trey McBride

McBride has been the top fantasy TE this season, and it would take a bad matchup for him and a great matchup for a high-end TE to take him out of that top spot.

His matchup against the Buccaneers this week is below average, but nothing too crazy, so McBride is the top TE again.

2. George Kittle

Kittle has really been a good fantasy asset over the past three weeks, and he should remain a high-end option the rest of the way.

Cleveland is a slightly below-average matchup for him, but I still expect Kittle to deliver a good fantasy score.

3. Brock Bowers

Bowers has been solid over the past two weeks despite not finding the end zone.

His offense is holding him back some, as is a tough matchup against the Chargers this week.

4. Travis Kelce

Kelce regressed a bit in week 12, but I expect more from him in week 13.

Dallas is his matchup, and that's about as average as it gets, so a high-end score is definitely a possibility.

5. Tyler Warren

Warren fell just short of 10 PPR points last week, and has just one double-digit outing over the past four contests.

Houston is a very tough test for him, so he falls to the No. 5 spot.

6. Mark Andrews

Andrews didn't do much in week 12, but I really like him for week 13.

Facing the Bengals will always give fantasy TEs a boost this season, and it's so good that I'd be happy to fire him up in all league types.

7. Dalton Kincaid

Kincaid is still working his way back from an injury, so his status needs to be watched.

The Steelers are another favorable matchup to try tight ends in, so if Kincaid is back, feel free to fire him up in all leagues.

8. Dallas Goedert

Goedert has fallen off over the past three weeks, but with a lack of high-end options, he sticks in the top 10 another week.

He has an above-average matchup against the Bears, so I expect him to get rolling in the favorable matchup.

9. Jake Ferguson

Ferguson has been slumping of late, but delivered a nice fantasy showing in week 12.

The Chiefs are a tough test, so it won't be easy for him to deliver again.

10. Hunter Henry

Henry erupted against the Bengals last week and now gets a challenge against the Giants.

New York has been pretty tough on fantasy tight ends, but I like Henry enough to have him in my top 10 yet.

11. Juwan Johnson

Johnson had over 10 PPR points last week despite not reaching 50 yards or scoring a touchdown. He's been over 10 points in five straight games now.

I probably should have ranked him higher for a favorable matchup against the Dolphins, so we'll see if he can make this ranking look foolish.

12. Cade Otton

Otton has been held in check the past two weeks, but still lands the No. 12 spot for me in week 13.

Arizona struggles to slow fantasy TEs, so there's a chance Otton bounces back in this one.

13. Kyle Pitts Sr.

Pitts didn't do too much in week 12 with Kirk Cousins throwing to him.

The Jets are a slightly below-average matchup, so he falls outside my top 10 this week.

14. Oronde Gadsden

Gadsden has cooled over the past two games he's played.

The Raiders are a tougher test for him - the rookie didn't play against Las Vegas early in the season.

15. Dalton Schultz

He was held down in a brutal matchup in week 12, but I see him bouncing back against the Colts in week 13.

Indy struggles to slow tight ends, so Schultz could easily outperform this ranking, especially if he finds the end zone.

16. Brenton Strange

Strange returned in week 12 and went for 93 yards on five grabs.

He has a tougher test against the Titans, but I'd be willing to fire him up in some deeper leagues still. Strange would be helped if Brian Thomas doesn't play again.

17. Theo Johnson

Johnson had 77 yards on three catches last week, and now has six double-digit fantasy showings on the year.

New England is his matchup, and is an above-average test, so he could deliver again for fantasy owners.

18. Harold Fannin

Fannin has failed to reach double figures in three straight games, but he's been somewhat involved in those contests yet.

San Francisco is an above-average test, so this seems like a fair ranking for the rookie.

19. Zach Ertz

Ertz was off in week 12 as the Commanders had their bye week. He'd been a pretty steady performer in the several weeks before that.

Denver is a below-average matchup for him, but I think he could do enough for some deep-league starts in week 13.

20. Gunnar Helm

Helm had his best game of his young career in week 12, going for 51 yards on six receptions and seven targets.

He has a great matchup against the Jaguars coming, so he might be able to build on last week. Now we just have to hope that Chig Okonkwo isn't the Tennessee tight end who delivers in the favorable matchup.

21. T.J. Hockenson

Hockenson has pretty much disappeared. A bad offense led by J.J. McCarthy does him no favors.

The only reason I ranked Hockenson at all this week is because he's got a very favorable matchup coming against the Seahawks. Seattle allowed 17 fantasy points per game to tight ends, so maybe Hockenson could surprise.

22. Taysom Hill

How about the swiss-army knife at No. 22? He is likely eligible at tight end in most leagues, but will probably do a bit of everything for the Saints, especially if Alvin Kamara is out for week 13.

Hill isn't your typical tight end - Johnson is that guy for New Orleans. Don't be surprised if Hill has a pretty nice fantasy outing this coming week against the Dolphins.

23. Mason Taylor

Taylor has been involved a decent amount the past two weeks, but it hasn't led to much fantasy success.

He has the Falcons in week 13. Atlanta is a very tough matchup, but with the lack of proven pass catchers in New York, I'm fine giving Taylor a top-25 spot, barely.

24. Evan Engram

Engram has not done much in his first season with the Broncos.

I'm willing to give him a spot in my top 25 because of his week 13 matchup. He will be facing the Commanders, who are a top-10 or so matchup for fantasy tight ends.

25. Colby Parkinson

Parkinson has a touchdown in three straight games, but has under 100 total yards in those contests. He's basically a boom-or-bust fantasy tight end, but he's been a positive performer of late, so I decided to give him the last spot in the rankings.

His matchup against the Panthers is another top-10 one, so it makes sense to give Parkinson some love, especially in deeper leagues. We'll see if he can score again to post another decent fantasy score. I'd look elsewhere for standard league help at the tight end spot.
