Let's rank fantasy football quarterbacks for the 13th week of the NFL regular season!

We just went over running backs, and will cover wide receivers and tight ends in other stories, so check back for those stories.

Check out week 13 fantasy football projections for quarterbacks on FantasySP as well.

1. Patrick Mahomes

I see Mahomes as the top fantasy QB in week 13.

A super favorable matchup against the Cowboys is the heart of that reasoning, plus Mahomes just feels due for a monster performance.

2. Josh Allen

Allen struggled mightily in week 12, so he's looking for a bounceback showing.

A favorable matchup against the Steelers should help him bounce back in a big way.

3. Jalen Hurts

Hurts was great in week 12 despite the Eagles losing and blowing a 21-point lead.

An above-average matchup should help Hurts to another good fantasy score.

4. Lamar Jackson

Jackson struggled again in week 12, so some might say I'm ranking him too high.

A super favorable test against the Ravens gives Jackson a chance to get back to his elite ways.

5. Drake Maye

Maye continues to deliver at least average fantasy scores every week, so he's a high-end QB in my eyes every time out.

The Giants are a super favorable matchup, so he's got the chance to deliver a monster fantasy score again.

6. Bo Nix

After a bye week, Nix will look to help the Broncos to another win against the Commanders.

That's a super favorable matchup again, so that's why Nix ranks sixth for me this week.

7. Matthew Stafford

Stafford continues to shine, but his matchup isn't as favorable, so he falls to No. 7.

Carolina is still allowing 15 fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks, and I see Stafford scoring more than that.

8. Joe Burrow

Burrow should return to the field for a Thanksgiving battle with the Ravens.

He's a bit of a risky play coming off a long layoff, but I trust him to get the job done in an average matchup. You waited this long on him, so fire him up!

9. Dak Prescott

Prescott was stellar again in week 12, and will look to keep things rolling against the Chiefs this coming week.

It's a below-average matchup for him, but I expect the Cowboys' offense to do enough to help Prescott to a top-10 QB finish.

10. Jacoby Brissett

All Brissett does is keep posting high-end fantasy scores, so I'm rewarding him with a top-10 spot for week 13.

Tampa Bay is a super favorable matchup for him, so I expect him to be starting in most leagues, even with all 32 NFL teams in action this week.

11. Justin Herbert

The last time we saw Herbert in week 11, he and the Chargers' offense was dominated by Jacksonville.

He has bounceback written all over him in a slightly below-average test against the Raiders.

12. Jared Goff

Goff was pretty good in a comeback win over the Giants in week 12. He gets the Packers on Thanksgiving.

He was held to 225 yards, a touchdown and a pick in week 1 against Green Bay. It's a very tough matchup overall, but I think the Lions' offense does better in round two.

13. Brock Purdy

Purdy didn't look good on Monday night, but the Niners still won.

Bouncing back won't be easy, as he's got a very tough test coming against the Browns.

14. Daniel Jones

Jones has been a pretty average fantasy QB of late, and so this ranking seems perfect for him.

He gets the toughest fantasy test against the Texans, but I think he'll do enough to finish at least 14th this week.

15. Caleb Williams

Williams looked pretty good again in week 12, so his up-and-down outings of late continued.

An average matchup against the Eagles means an average ranking for Williams.

16. Jaxson Dart or Jameis Winston

Regardless of who starts for the Giants in week 13, I have them ranked 16th. Dart is a risky play coming off a concussion, but has a higher upside than Winston.

Whoever starts will have a slightly below-average test against the Patriots, but it's nothing too crazy, so a finish of 16th or better is doable.

17. Jordan Love

Love didn't do much in week 12 as he battled through an injury he sustained in week 11.

He'll need to do more in week 13 to help the Packers past the Lions. Love had 192 total yards and two scores (with no turnovers) in the first test against Detroit. The Lions are an above-average fantasy matchup for a QB.

18. Trevor Lawrence

Lawrence was all over the place last week, but still scored a healthy amount of fantasy points.

He's got a slightly above-average test coming against the Titans, so we'll see if he can limit turnovers and post a good fantasy score.

19. Baker Mayfield

Mayfield got injured in week 12, so his status for week 13 will be one to watch.

He will have a tougher test against the Cardinals if he ends up playing, so he's a below-average option for me this coming week.

20. Sam Darnold

Darnold was pretty good in week 12, and will look to continue trending up against the Vikings in week 13.

It's a tougher matchup on paper, which is why he ranks 20th amongst QBs.

21. Aaron Rodgers

I expect Rodgers back out there this week after missing week 12.

The wrist injury is a concern, as is a very tough matchup against the Bills, so this might be too high of a ranking.

22. C.J. Stroud or Davis Mills

Stroud would rank here if he starts, and Mills would replace him if he isn't cleared from the concussion protocol.

The Houston starting QB will be facing the Colts, who are a slightly below-average matchup.

23. Cameron Ward

Ward finally popped in week 12, so I'm moving him up to No. 23 for week 13.

A favorable test against the Jaguars gives the rookie a chance to stack a second straight big fantasy outing.

24. Tua Tagovailoa

After a bye week, Tagovailoa will get the Saints in week 13.

It's a slightly below-average matchup, and with how Tagovailoa has looked of late, I'm not comfortable ranking him any higher.

25. Bryce Young

Young regressed hard in week 12 after a standout showing in week 11.

A tough week 13 test against the Rams is one where I'd try to skip Young in all leagues.

26. Tyler Shough

Shough has one decent fantasy showing in four tries, but has a favorable matchup in week 13.

Miami is his matchup, but I wouldn't want to trust Shough outside a really deep fantasy setup.

27. Kirk Cousins

Cousins looked solid in week 12 as he took over for Michael Penix for the remainder of the season.

The Jets are an above-average matchup for him, but until he delivers a big fantasy showing, he's a below-average option.

28. Shedeur Sanders

Sanders had a mixed bag of production in his week 12 start.

He has a favorable matchup against the Niners this week, but until he shows more, he's just an option in really deep leagues.

29. Tyrod Taylor

Taylor was an OK fantasy performer in week 12, and gets the Falcons in week 13.

That's a below-average matchup, so I'd try to avoid him in all formats.

30. Marcus Mariota

Mariota is expected to get another start in week 13, but it's in a terrible matchup against the Broncos.

This ranking might end up being too high for Mariota.

31. Geno Smith

Smith was OK in week 12, but now gets a brutal test against the Chargers in week 13.

He threw three picks the last time the team met, which should be enough said.

32. J.J. McCarthy or Max Brosmer

Regardless of who starts for Minnesota, they will rank 32nd for me this week.

McCarthy is dealing with concussion symptoms and has looked bad of late - Brosmer would be making his first start against a slightly above-average Seahawks' defense, but I wouldn't trust him at all.

Final Notes

If Joe Flacco were to start for Burrow again, I'd rank Flacco between Darnold and Rodgers.

If Rodgers misses another game, I'd rank Mason Rudolph between Young and Shough.

If Teddy Bridgewater starts for Mayfield, he'd be placed between Taylor and Mariota.

If Jayden Daniels starts over Mariota, I'd rank Daniels after Goff.
