Fantasy Football Wide Receiver Rankings for Week 6: Quentin Johnston, Tetairoa McMillan and Stefon Diggs Make Top 30
Morgan gives his week 6 fantasy football rankings for wide receivers.
After putting together some fantasy football rankings for tight ends and running backs, let's next go over wide receivers for week 6.
These again will be with PPR settings in mind. Check back later for the quarterback rankings.

1. Puka Nacua
I don't know how you put anyone but Nacua at No. 1 every week. He's been absolutely stellar.
He has a favorable matchup against the Ravens, and he could deliver a historic performance if the game stays close for long enough.
I'm sticking with St. Brown in the No. 2 spot.
He's been great as well this season, and now has a bit tougher test against the Chiefs. I'm not betting against ARSB though, so get him in those lineups and expect good results.
Smith-Njigba climbs to the No. 3 spot in the rankings for week 6.
He's been really good this season, and now has a clash against the Jaguars. That's an above-average test, so I expect good things out of him this week.
4. Rome Odunze
Odunze is coming off his bye week and is ready to pick up where he left off.
He's been really good to start the season, and has a pretty nice matchup coming against the Commanders, so Odunze should be in line for another high-end score.
5. Emeka Egbuka
Egbuka rises all the way to No. 5 for week 6.
He's been nothing short of spectacular to kick off his NFL career, and I don't see him slowing against the Niners. It's a bit tougher matchup, but frankly, I don't care at this point because of Egbuka's success so far.
Chase is coming off a big game in week 5, and now has a bit better outlook with Joe Flacco now leading the Bengals' offense.
The matchup against the Packers is average, so we'll see if Chase and Flacco can hook up enough to have the wideout deliver like we know he can.
Two Rams' wideouts in the top seven? That's how good of a matchup it is against the Ravens.
Adams is worth a start in all leagues this week, as even being the No. 2 wideout for LA, he could erupt for a monster fantasy showing against a weak defense.
Pickens has enjoyed life as the Cowboys No. 1 receiver, and as long as he has that role again this week, I see him performing well again.
The matchup against the Panthers is very tough, and if CeeDee Lamb ends up playing, Pickens would probably fall outside my top 30. Lamb would only rank seventh for me if he plays.
Wilson has been so good this season that I'm sticking with him as a top-10 option regardless of the matchup.
Week 6 poses a very tough test against the Broncos, but I trust Wilson to do enough for a top-10 finish.
I couldn't go a whole top 10 without a receiver going up against the Cowboys.
The Panthers' passing attack isn't exactly great, but this matchup is too juicy not to try the rookie McMillan in.
11. Deebo Samuel Sr.
Samuel has emerged as WR1 for the Commanders with Terry McLaurin out with an injury. Washington expects McLaurin back this week, but I still see Samuel being the best fantasy wideout for the Commanders.
A clash with the Bears is a slightly above-average matchup, so that's why I have Samuel ranked here.
12. Michael Pittman
Pittman gets the No. 12 spot going into a pretty average test against the Cardinals.
He's scored a touchdown in three straight weeks, so I want to keep trying him as a fantasy starter.
13. Jaylen Waddle
Waddle has a tough test against the Chargers this week, but as the top wideout in Miami, I'm less worried about him delivering.
He was great in his first week as the team's top wideout, so why not run it back?
14. Quentin Johnston
Johnston struggled for the first time all season in week 5, but I see him getting back on track against the Dolphins in week 6.
That's a tougher matchup on paper, but after delivering in each of the first four games, I'm not going to give up on Johnston fully.
15. Drake London
London should be fresh after his team's bye week, and I expect him to continue leading the Falcons' pass catchers.
He has a tougher test against the Bills, but as the top guy in Atlanta, I expect him to still get the job done and deliver a good fantasy score.
16. Xavier Worthy
Worthy took a bit of a step back in week 5, but I expect better results in a favorable clash against the Lions in week 6.
Detroit is a bottom-10 defense when it comes to stopping wideouts, so Worthy should be able to post at least average fantasy totals this week.
17. Zay Flowers
Flowers takes the No. 17 spot for week 6.
He has a clash against the Rams in week 6, which is a slightly above-average matchup. I expect him to put up some points, even if Lamar Jackson isn't throwing to him.
18. Chris Olave
Olave's heavy workload is enough to keep ranking him in the top 30 every week.
He gets a top-20 spot going into a matchup against the Patriots, which is a pretty average test for him.
19. Stefon Diggs
Diggs has been on the rise over the past two weeks, so we'll see if he can keep things rolling in week 6.
He has the Saints, who are actually a pretty tough matchup on paper - if they weren't, he'd rank quite a bit higher.
20. Brian Thomas
Thomas was pretty solid in week 5, and I expect him to build on that in week 6.
He gets the Seahawks, who are a slightly below-average matchup. After last week's outing, I'm willing to try Thomas in the top 20 though.
21. Courtland Sutton
Sutton continues to deliver week after week, and in an average test against the Jets, he should come through again.
I'm a bit worried this game will become a blowout, and that's why I have him ranked a bit lower than you might expect.
22. DK Metcalf
Metcalf is coming off his bye week, and will be looking to pick up where he left off. He has a score in three straight games, but just one outing over 35 yards in that span.
In an average matchup against the Browns, Metcalf has the chance for average-or-better results.
23. Marvin Harrison
Harrison is trending up over the past couple weeks, and this might mean I underranked him.
He has a favorable matchup against the Colts as well, but I just can't get myself to rank him any higher.
24. Keenan Allen
Allen got back on track in week 5 after a slower showing in week 4.
He's done enough to start in some standard leagues, even in a below-average matchup.
25. A.J. Brown
Brown is now outside the top 20 for me, and he probably doesn't even deserve a spot at all.
A favorable matchup against the Giants is enough to have him ranked here though.
26. Ricky Pearsall
Pearsall missed week 5, but should be back out there in week 6.
He has a test against the Bucs, which is a pretty average test. He should lead the Niners' pass catchers if he's good enough to go.
27. Jakobi Meyers
Meyers has struggled in two straight games, and if he does again, he could be outside my top 30 going forward.
He has a favorable matchup against the Titans, which helped him earn a top-30 spot this week.
28. Ladd McConkey
McConkey was better in week 5, although it resulted in just 39 receiving yards.
The matchup against the Dolphins isn't that good, but the Chargers' pass-heavy offense makes each of their top-three wideouts a top-30 option for me.
29. DeVonta Smith
Smith lands a top-30 spot because of the favorable matchup against the Giants.
Smith was actually good in week 5, so he probably deserves Brown's spot. Smith is the WR2 though, so I just cannot get myself to rank him higher than 29th.
30. Cooper Kupp
Kupp had a solid showing in week 5, so he'll be looking to build on that.
The slightly above-average matchup against Jacksonville is enough to get two Seattle wideouts in my top 30.
