Let's turn our attention to fantasy baseball waiver wire hitting options now.

We already looked at some pitching options for Thursday. Also be sure to check out our waiver wire hitter stories from Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - we won't cover any of those players in today's article.

Fantasy baseball waiver wire options can be found all season on FantasySP!

Nolan Arenado - Arizona Diamondbacks

Arenado has been added in 2.17% of fantasy baseball leagues today, which brings his overall mark to 50%.

We're turning back the clock a bit and discussing a once high-end fantasy hitter. Arenado has four hits over his past three games, including a home run and two doubles.

He's up to a .278 average and .351 on-base percentage over 45 games and 171 plate appearances this season. Arenado has 42 total hits, including nine doubles and seven home runs. He's added 25 RBIs and runs scored, a stolen base, 16 walks and 33 strikeouts.

The veteran has done pretty well in his first season with Arizona. Arenado is a sneaky-good fantasy asset right now, and probably should be rostered in even more leagues.

I like him in all deeper leagues now, and think he's even worth a short-term add in some standard leagues, especially if you need help at third base.

Ezequiel Duran - Texas Rangers

Duran has been picked up in 4.32% of leagues so far, and he sits at 46.13% overall now.

He is riding a five-game hitting streak, and had two three-hit games in that span to tally nine overall. Duran has four extra-base hits among the knocks.

Duran is up to a .295 average and .352 OBP over 41 contests and 143 plate appearances this season. He has 11 doubles, four home runs and a triple among his 38 total knocks, plus 23 RBIs, 21 runs scored, four stolen bases, 12 walks and 32 strikeouts.

Something else working in his fantasy favor is that he's likely eligible at several positions - the more, the better.

That, plus his strong hitting, makes Duran a pretty good deep-league fantasy asset. He could also be worth adding in standard leagues, but is more a short-term option in my eyes.

Alec Bohm - Philadelphia Phillies

Bohm is up 2.71%, which brings his overall mark to 36.15%.

He has a 11-game hitting streak going right now. Bohm has 17 knocks over that span, including four doubles and four home runs.

He has 37 hits and 13 walks for a .220 average and .280 OBP over 46 games played and 186 plate appearances. Bohm has seven doubles and five home runs now, plus 22 RBIs, 15 runs scored, 13 walks and 27 strikeouts.

Bohm is trending up as a fantasy asset, and is worth some more deep-league usage. If he keeps hitting, he could work back into standard leagues, where he's been utilized in the past.

Miguel Andujar - San Diego Padres

Andujar has been added in 2.47% of leagues, and he's owned in 19.53% of leagues overall now.

He was hitless in his last game, but had 11 knocks over an eight-game hitting streak before that. Andujar had seven extra-base hits in that stretch.

He has a .290 average and .315 OBP over 48 games and 143 plate appearances this season. Andujar has 17 RBIs, 15 runs scored, a stolen base, four walks and 26 strikeouts so far. Among his 40 total hits, Andujar has 11 doubles, five home runs and two triples.

Andujar could also be eligible at several positions, even though he's mostly been the team's designated hitter this season. That works in his fantasy favor. I still only like Andujar in deeper fantasy leagues, but he's worth tracking in case he keeps rolling at the plate.

Carson Kelly - Chicago Cubs

Kelly is up 2.23% and is now rostered in 31.33% of leagues.

He has no hits over his past four plate appearances, but he'd been trending up before that. Kelly had seven hits in a four-game stretch.

Kelly has a .297 average and .381 OBP over 36 games and 134 plate appearances so far this season. He has six doubles and two home runs among his 35 total knocks. Kelly also has 17 RBIs, 16 runs scored, 15 walks and 24 strikeouts.

The Cubs' catcher has delivered pretty well at the plate for a second straight season. He's appeared at first base a couple times, and maybe could gain eligibility there down the line. He's mostly caught, and not starting every game, that holds his fantasy value back a bit.

Utilize Kelly in deeper leagues, and keep tabs on him in standard leagues, as fantasy catchers are hard to come by. I see him as a deep-league asset for most of this season though.
