Week 9 of the NFL regular season wraps up with one Monday night game, but it's time to look ahead a bit to week 10.

Here, we will go over some fantasy football waiver wire options at quarterback. Check back for more waiver wire content.

Should You Add Joe Flacco?

Flacco was stellar again in week 9, but it ended in another Bengals' loss after the defense collapsed again.

He was 31-of-47 passing for 470 yards, four touchdowns and two interceptions. Flacco lost a yard on his lone attempt and fumbled once as well.

Flacco did all that while banged up, and at this point, I don't really know why anyone is doubting him. He's scored at least 18 fantasy points in all four of his starts with Cincinnati. Flacco has been at 24 or more points in three straight games now.

He just continues to deliver, and it's hard to argue against him right now. He gets a bye in week 10, so you won't be able to add and play him this coming week.

I think Flacco is worth adding in all leagues. Things will change when Joe Burrow is back, but there's a chance Flacco starts all season if the Bengals are out of the playoff picture by that time.

I think he's worth adding and stashing in a lot of leagues, especially if you have been streaming quarterbacks all season. Flacco could hold down the position for a few more weeks before Burrow maybe comes back, and again, there's a chance he sticks as the starter the rest of the way.

Should You Add Jaxson Dart?

Dart finished 24-of-33 passing for 191 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in week 9. He added 56 rushing yards and a score on eight carries.

It was one of his better fantasy outings, but he's been average-or-better in all six of his starts. He has scored at least 15 fantasy points in each contest, and has been at 19 or more in five of those games.

The dual-threat option might not have many playmakers around him, but it doesn't seem to matter. Dart is going to deliver for his fantasy owners, and you should take advantage of that down the stretch.

He gets the Bears in week 10. Chicago is a pretty favorable matchup, and were just diced up by Flacco. Add in Dart's running ability and he could post a monster score against the Bears.

He's a great deep-league option at this point, and is worth a standard league start in week 10 as well.

Should You Add Sam Darnold?

Darnold was stellar on Sunday night, completing 21 of his 24 passes for 330 yards, four touchdowns and one interception. He didn't attempt a rush.

Darnold bounced back from a down showing in his last game. Overall this season, he's been a pretty decent fantasy asset, with 15 or more fantasy points in all but one game since week 1.

I really don't understand why he hasn't been utilized by more fantasy owners, but maybe that will change after his week 9 performance.

He has a tougher matchup against the Cardinals in week 10, but Arizona will be on a short week, as they play on Monday. I'll have Darnold ranked pretty highly for week 10, and you should seriously consider him if you don't have a locked-in fantasy QB.

Should You Add Geno Smith?

I didn't think Smith would appear in one of these stories again, but here we are.

He was 29-of-39 passing for 284 yards, four scores and one pick on Sunday. He added nine rushing yards on five carries.

It was his best fantasy output of the season, narrowly edging his effort from week 3. He was over 17 points in two of his first three games, but has been in double figures every other week until week 9.

He's a super streaky fantasy option, and is hard to trust, even after a big outing like he just had. Most will want to fire him up in week 10, but I'm pleading with you to avoid him at all costs.

Why? His matchup. Smith will be taking on the Broncos, who have been a brutal matchup for fantasy QBs all season. I'd only want to test them in the deepest of leagues, and only in a pinch.

The matchup is one to avoid at all costs, even after Smith delivered a big fantasy showing. Hopefully you have another QB to pivot too.

Should You Add C.J. Stroud or Davis Mills?

Mills came on in relief for an injured Stroud in week 9. Stroud has a concussion, so his status for week 10 is up in the air.

After a brutal matchup against Denver in week 9, the Houston QBs get a more favorable test against the Jaguars, which is who Smith lit up.

Stroud was 6-of-10 for 79 yards before leaving - he rushed for 12 yards on two carries. Mills was 17-of-30 for 137 yards, while adding seven rushing yards on two scrambles.

Mills is a capable backup if he ends up getting the start in week 10. Stroud has a higher fantasy upside obviously, but both could be sneaky good options in their week 10 matchup.

I'd be happy to start either guy in a deeper league. Stroud would be a standard league option if he's cleared from his concussion early in the week - he'd be a risky play in standard leagues coming off the concussion.

Should You Add J.J. McCarthy?

McCarthy returned to the field in week 9 and looked pretty good. He was 14-of-25 passing for 143 yards, two touchdowns and one interception, while rushing for 12 yards and a score on nine carries.

He was pretty solid as a fantasy asset in week 1, but it took a late rally to get to his high score. McCarthy was held in check in week 2 before being ruled out with an ankle sprain.

The dual-threat option has been viewed as a so-so fantasy asset when healthy. His work in week 9 will make it easier to start him moving forward.

He has a really favorable matchup against the Ravens in week 10, so McCarthy will be added and utilized in a lot more leagues just based on that.

I probably will like him better as a deep-league option, but in a pinch, could see some using him in standard leagues. I just don't trust him enough after three starts - it's just not a big sample size.

Should You Add Justin Fields?

Fields was off in week 9, but he looked good in his last start, so he's worth a mention here.

He has a below-average matchup coming against the Browns in week 10. Fields has always been viewed higher because of his dual-threat ability though.

I won't be a huge fan of Fields for week 10, and that's if he ends up starting over Tyrod Taylor. In deeper leagues, he'll be an option, but I think you can do better in standard leagues.

Should You Add Marcus Mariota?

Mariota will start for Jayden Daniels again. This time, it's known that Daniels will be out, and he'll miss extended time with his newest injury.

He's made several appearances already this season, and been in double figures three times. He is a below-average fantasy option though, so he's just a deep-league option.

Mariota has a slightly above-average matchup coming against the Lions, so he will get a few more looks in fantasy leagues going into week 10. There's enough talent on the Washington offense for him to find success, but he's just not super trustworthy right now.

We'll see where Mariota ends up ranking for me later in the week, but he's certainly a deep-league streaming option for the coming week. We'll see if he takes advantage of that opportunity.

Should You Add Michael Penix?

Penix was 22-of-37 passing on Sunday, throwing for 221 yards, three scores and no picks. He had 19 rushing yards on two carries.

It was one of his best fantasy showings of the season, which is always a positive for a so-so fantasy option. He has the Colts in week 10, and Indy is a pretty average matchup, so Penix will be an option in deeper leagues again.

I think you can do better than him in standard leagues. I'd only want to start him in deeper leagues, but coming off a good performance, he maybe is a bit better fantasy option for week 10.

We'll see if he can build some momentum finally.
