Let's go over a second round of fantasy basketball wavier wire pickups in what is the 16th week of the season overall.

Here's the first waiver wire story we did, and a streaming article from Tuesday.

Indiana's Jarace Walker is still the top waiver add today. We discussed him in Monday's story. Instead, we have four other possible pickups to talk about.

Isaiah Collier: Guard Heating Up

Collier is second on the waiver list at FantasySP, up 9.07% and sitting at 46.09% overall.

He started three games in a row in the middle of this month, but has transitioned back to the bench for the last four contests. Most importantly, he's played 20 or more minutes in all seven of those games.

Collier has averaged 11.1 points, 6.4 assists, 2.9 rebounds, 0.9 steals and 0.3 blocks over 24.3 minutes a night in that stretch. He's shooting 51.7% overall and 33.3% from 3-point land.

Collier can be a good fantasy asset when given enough playing time, as he can rack up a ton of assists. Lately, there's been a handful of rebounds as well, and he's scoring it at a decent clip.

He's not a must-add player by any means, but he is a better deep-league fantasy asset because of what he's accomplished of late. I see streaming potential for all deeper leagues, and if he keeps things up, he could become a streamer in standard leagues too. I'd hold him in deeper leagues until his production starts to taper off a bit.

Bub Carrington: More Playing Time = Higher Fantasy Value

Carrington has been added in 7.09% of leagues, bringing his overall mark to 51.23%.

Carrington has logged 30 or more minutes in nine of the past 10 games for Washington. He struggled with consistency early in that stretch, but has scored in double figures in five straight.

In that 10-game stretch, Carrington has made six starts and averaged 35 minutes a game, which is the most noteworthy number. Carrington also has averaged 11.7 points, 5.8 assists, 3.9 rebounds, 1 steal and 0.5 blocks over that timeframe.

There's plenty of good numbers in those stats, and that's why he's on the rise today. Much like Collier, Carrington has better deep-league appeal right now.

He's worth streaming and holding until he cools off a bit. I'd also consider Carrington in some standard leagues as a streaming asset.

Carrington is starting to look like the player he was during his rookie season, and I'd take advantage of that while I could.

Rui Hachimura: Breakout Coming?

Hachimura is owned in 36.47% of leagues after a 7.42% increase.

Hachimura has never been a very consistent fantasy asset, but when locked into a role, he can settle into a groove and start delivering a bit more.

He has come off the bench for several games in a row, but has played between 27-29 minutes the past four contests. Hachimura has scored in double figures in three straight, and upped his scoring in each of those games - he was at 23 points in the last game he played.

Hachimura can add in a few rebounds, but he typically doesn't do much else when on the court. If he's playing around 28 minutes a game though, he sets up pretty well to be a fantasy asset to utilize.

Right now, I just see Hachimura as a deep-league asset, and he might top out as one. I wouldn't be against streaming him in standard leagues, especially after the game he just put together, but more often than not, Hachimura is just a deep-league asset.

Add him and hold him until his production starts to fade a little bit. At the very least, try him for the next Lakers' game.

Justin Champagnie: Can He Find Consistency?

Champagnie has been added in 4.13% of fantasy leagues and sits at 21.92% overall now.

Champagnie has been up and down as a fantasy asset over this month. He's played in every game, starting twice over 12 contests. Champagnie has scored in double figures six times, but never had more than two games in a row with 10 or more points.

He's coming off one of his better outings of the season, where he delivered 15 points and 11 rebounds - he also had three assists and steals and two blocks over 32 minutes of action.

That's the most he's played this month, and it resulted in a big fantasy outing. Washington is down several players right now, as Marvin Bagley III, Tristan Vukcevic and Trae Young are out for the team's game on Tuesday, while Khris Middleton and Bilal Coulibaly are questionable. If Middleton and Coulibaly are both out, Champagnie has a chance to shine on Tuesday.

He's on the rise with a game tonight, so he's basically a streaming option. I'd definitely stream him in some deeper leagues, but he's not a must-add streamer. If he delivers big tonight, he could be added at an even higher rate for the team's next game.

His production will also be altered by who ends up playing for Washington, so that's something to keep in mind too. Champagnie is a player to keep in mind, especially knowing what he's capable of with some more playing time.
