Your Tuesday Fantasy Basketball Streaming Cheat Sheet
Streaming players from two NBA teams with good matchups on Tuesday.
It's another short day on the NBA schedule today, with only eight teams in action. With March Madness dominating the extended weekend, it would make sense for viewing purposes to put more games on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, but this late into the season, the league is probably more worried about getting teams ready for the playoffs.
Without a full set of strong targets, let's look at streaming players from two NBA teams with good matchups on Tuesday. We'll focus on the guys who get on the court and are widely available in fantasy leagues. Most stats are from NBA.com.

Charlotte Hornets vs. Sacramento Kings
Sacramento has played at a league-average pace over the full season, but they have gone at a top-10 speed since the All-Star break. Their defense has been bad in all season segments; the Kings have the third-worst defensive rating over the full season and the fifth worst post-All Star.
The Hornets are currently 10th in the Eastern Conference but only three games back of fifth place. No matter where they finish, Charlotte is unlikely to make waves in the playoffs, but this is an encouraging step for a team that has been among the worst in the league for years.
Guard
Charlotte's top three guards handle most of the minutes and shots at the position, not leaving much for any potential streamers at this level. Green doesn't put up many stats, simply working as a rotational role player.
Forward
Williams had a few better games early in the month, but he has been a nonfactor statistically over the past few weeks. He's not a fantasy asset at this level.
The same could be said for James, who had two games in March with at least 11 points and seven rebounds but has otherwise failed to top eight or four, respectively, in eight other contests.
Center
Center is where you will find the most streaming value in Charlotte, as both Diabate and Kalkbrenner have been mildly productive at times. Diabate's best asset is his rebounding, as he is averaging around nine boards per game both on the season and this month. He doesn't score much but has added more than a block per game.
Kalkbrenner scores more and is at 1.4 blocks on the season, but his rebounding is disappointing for a seven footer, and he doesn't add much else.
New York Knicks vs. New Orleans Pelicans
New Orleans is just outside the top 10 in pace both over the full season and since the All-Star break, but they are much more of interest because of their defense. The Pelicans have the seventh-worst defensive rating over the full season, though they have been better in the second half. Despite winning 12 of their past 19, it is likely too little, too late for New Orleans, which is nine games back of the 10th seed in the West with 10 games to play.
The Knicks are in much better shape, just a half game behind the Celtics for the No. 2 seed in the East. New York ranks in the top five in both offensive and defensive rating, a sign that they are true contenders this season. Securing the second seed would help their case for making a trip to the NBA Finals.
Guard
Alvarado is a defensive ace and not a guy who generally puts up many stats. Landry Shamet is out, which helps Alvarado's case, but he generally won't get much of a bump unless Jalen Brunson is out of the lineup.
Forward
Clarkson is helped more by Shamet's absence, as they both have the size to shift between guard and forward on the wing. Clarkson can directly fill the hole that Shamet leaves, and he is averaging more than 10 points per game in March, though he doesn't add much else, including a lack of 3-point shooting.
Diawara is another guy who doesn't do much statistically, filling minutes but not making a real fantasy impact very often.
Center
Robinson is one of the clearest examples of a guy who could be a fantasy asset if he just got the minutes. He was a starter at previous times in his career with the Knicks, but that was when they had a much lower floor and ceiling. Karl-Anthony Towns is part of the reason that New York is a championship contender, but his presence limits Robinson to a lower-level fantasy player.
