2026 Dynasty Fantasy Football Mock Draft: Building From 1.01 in 2-QB Setup

Let's do another dynasty football mock draft here!

Here is the last dynasty mock draft I did. This time, we will go with 10 teams and the following roster setup: two QB, two RBs, three WRs, one TE, three flex and six bench slots.

We are using the FantasyPros Dynasty Mock Simulator again. We were randomly given pick 1, so let's dive into things!

Round 1 - Josh Allen

Allen is still my top dynasty quarterback, and in a two-QB setup, that position is most important, so he gets the No. 1 overall selection.

It's either Allen or Drake Maye in this kind of dynasty setup in my eyes, and despite Maye being much younger, I'll take Allen first, because he's proven it time and time again and still has several elite seasons left in him.

Rounds 2/3 - Ashton Jeanty and Bo Nix

With the first of my back-to-back selections, I grabbed Jeanty and Nix.

Jeanty is a high-end dynasty back, as he's just 22 years old and getting his career started. He showed some solid things as a rookie, and even more production should be coming as his career moves along. He's a great RB to build around.

As for Nix, he fills the second fantasy QB spot for me. He's just 26 years old, so he has several years left in him yet, and seems to be capable of even more than he's shown so far. I like the 1-2 punch of Allen and Nix, and will look for at least one more QB a bit later.

Round 4/5 - Emeka Egbuka and Kenneth Walker III

I got my first receiver (Egbuka) and a second running back (Walker) with my next set of picks.

Egbuka is just 23 years old, and he showed some promise as a rookie, so I like building around him at wide receiver. He has a chance to really shine as early as this season with Mike Evans no longer around, so we'll see if Egbuka can emerge as an elite fantasy wideout.

Walker won a Super Bowl with Seattle, then dipped for Kansas City. He's just 25 years old, so he has a few seasons left in him, at least. I like his outlook with his new team, and think he can be a really good dynasty RB2 for me for a couple years.

Rounds 6/7 - Ladd McConkey and Bucky Irving

I kept the WR/RB theme going by selecting McConkey and Irving in rounds 6 and 7.

McConkey is just 24 years old, and I think he's a steal at that draft slot. He has more production he can get to, and he could end up as a major fantasy asset for me for years to come yet. I really like this pick.

As for Irving, he showed out in his rookie year before injuries derailed his second season. I think the 23-year-old RB will get back on track in 2026, and be another steal from this draft slot. If he too can deliver like he's capable of, I have three high-level RBs to power me for years to come.

Rounds 8/9 - Tyler Warren and Harold Fannin

I didn't have a tight end to this point, and decided to take two of them with my picks in rounds 8 and 9.

Warren is just 24 years old and showed some promise in his rookie season. I think he'll take on more as his career moves along, so getting him as my top tight end feels like a big win.

As for Fannin, I just couldn't pass on him after seeing him available too. He showed some big things in his rookie year and is just 22 years old. Right now, I view him as a weekly starter in a flex spot, but it's possible he ends up overtaking Warren in time, which could make one of these TEs a trade option.

Rounds 10/11 - C.J. Stroud and Michael Wilson

I needed a third quarterback at some point, and landed him in round 10 with Stroud. I then grabbed another wideout with Wilson to kick off round 11.

Stroud is a solid third dynasty QB, especially after the top-two guys I got. He still is just 24 years old, and if he can turn his career around a bit, he has some trade value - or would make one of my top QBs expendable.

As for Wilson, I like his dynasty outlook a good bit since he's only 26 years old, but he's a pretty weak WR3. I'll be sure to target WRs going forward, in case Wilson doesn't keep trending up.

Rounds 12/13 - Dylan Sampson and Josh Downs

Running backs have been going off the board in a hurry, so I reached a bit to get Sampson. I then selected Downs in an effort to solidify the wide receiver spot some more.

Sampson is just 21 years old, so I like his dynasty outlook a bit. He's blocked by Quinshon Judkins for now, but maybe in time, Sampson could emerge as some team's RB1. As a depth RB, I'm fine gambling on him, especially with talent slimming quickly.

Downs is 25 years old, so he's got good dynasty value yet. I needed him as another wide receiver starting option, and at the worst, he should be a weekly flex option. He could end up being a good value pick if he emerges as a top-end Colts' pass catcher.

Rounds 14/15 - Michael Pittman Jr. and Quentin Johnston

I kept adding wide receivers in rounds 14 and 15 with Pittman and Johnston.

Pittman is 28 years old, so he's a better dynasty option for competing teams, and I plan to compete with this team. He could become trade bait if my team doesn't emerge as a contender, but I like this value and think he could be starting quite often for me.

Johnston is 24 years old, so he has some more dynasty value to untap yet. He gives me another immediate starting option, while having a bit more long-term upside. We'll see if he could turn into a value pick for me.

Rounds 16/17 - Keaton Mitchell and Xavier Worthy

I capped my dynasty mock draft by getting Mitchell and Worthy.

Mitchell gives me another running back to possibly use, and he's just 24 years old. He looks like RB2 for the Chargers, and with Omarion Hampton dealing with injuries last year, Mitchell is an intriguing back to stash.

Worthy seems like a big-time steal at that point of a dynasty draft. He's just 23 and seems to have a solid career ahead of him yet. As a depth wideout option, he has weekly starting upside, and should for several years, so I think I got another steal with him.

Final Thoughts

I felt good about this dynasty mock and FantasyPros agreed, giving me a 94/100 grade. That was the best in the league, and by a decent margin.

Allen is an elite fantasy QB, and Nix and Stroud give me two more young options I could start weekly too. I feel good about that position to kick off the 2026 season.

Jeanty, Walker, Irving, Sampson and Mitchell are a good running back room. I have three weekly starting options now, and a couple young backups with upside. It's a position that's always changing, and I'll have to address it here and there, but I like where I start.

Wide receiver is probably my weakest spot, but having Egbuka, McConkey, Wilson, Downs, Pittman, Worthy and Johnston gives me more than enough weekly options, and there's good upside with most of those guys. It'd be a position I'd likely be adding to if I were a contender, but I have enough as is to make a little noise.

Tight end feels like another strength, even with just Warren and Fannin as options. I could be set at the position for years to come, while filling two starting spots every week.

Overall, I like the look of this dynasty team a lot. It's ready to compete now, but should be good for the long haul too.
