2023 NFL Mock Draft

1 Chicago Bears

DL Jalen Carter, Georgia

We believe the Bears will stick with Justin Fields so they’ll go with the top non-QB prospect here.

2 Houston Texans

QB C.J. Stroud, Ohio State

By the time the draft comes, we expect Stroud to be the first quarterback of the board. The Texans can’t pass on a QB at pick two.

3 Arizona Cardinals

Edge Will Anderson Jr, Alabama

Anderson could very well be the best player in this draft, and we expect Arizona to go defense here. They need to bolster their pass rush.

4 Indianapolis Colts

QB Bryce Young, Alabama

Young’s size will ultimately prevent him from being the top QB in this draft, however, he’s still the second QB off the board and heading to Indy.

5 Seattle Seahawks

Edge Myles Murphy, Clemson

The Russell Wilson trade is the gift that keeps on giving as the Seahawks grab one of the top pass rushers in the draft.

6 Detroit Lions

CB Cam Smith, South Carolina

This is a great draft for corners and the Lions need help stopping the pass. We have Smith as the top corner off the board at the moment.

7 Las Vegas Raiders

OT Paris Johnson Jr, Ohio State

We expect the Raiders to invest in a new QB by the time the draft comes and they will have to protect him. Especially if that QB is Jimmy G or Aaron Rodgers.

8 Atlanta Falcons

OL O’Cyrus Torrence, Florida

The Falcons clearly want to pound opposing defenses and building up the interior offensive line will help them accomplish that goal.

9 Carolina Panthers

RB Bijan Robinson, Texas

Robinson is too good to not sneak inside the top 10. He would be the perfect replacement for CMC in Carolina.

10 Philadelphia Eagles

OT Peter Skoronski, Northwestern

The Eagles offensive line is great, however, age is becoming an issue and with few needs and two first-rounders they can afford to re-tool and build for the future.

11 Tennessee Titans

WR Quentin Johnston, TCU

The Titans couldn’t throw the ball or stop anyone else from throwing the ball last year. They have to add more weapons in this passing attack. Johnston fits the mold in Tennessee.

12 Houston Texans

DL Siaki Ika, Baylor

Houston was atrocious against the run last season. Adding a 358-pounder in the middle of their defense should help solve that problem.

13 New York Jets

OT Broderick Jones, Georgia

The Jets are another team that is expected to add a QB sooner rather than later, and will have to protect their investment.

14 New England Patriots

WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Ohio State

The Pats are nearly impossible to predict, but weapons in the passing game have been an issue for years now. They have a chance to add a star here.

15 Green Bay Packers

Edge Tyree Wilson, Texas Tech

The Packers are a team in transition coming off a bad season. One of their biggest areas of decline last season was their pass rush. They need to rebuild on the edge.

16 Washington Commanders

CB Christian Gonzalez, Oregon

Washington needs help against the pass and Gonzalez is a steal this late.

17 Pittsburgh Steelers

CB Joey Porter Jr, Penn State

JP Jr lands in the town where Joey Porter terrorized quarterbacks for years.

18 Detroit Lions

DL Bryan Bresee, Clemson

The Lions are coming and have great young talent on defense. However, they are still a few pieces away on that side of the ball.

19 Tampa Buccaneers

CB Devon Witherspoon, Illinois

The Bucs can go in a lot of different directions, but their defense took a big step back last year and they need a corner. Witherspoon is the best corner left on the board.

20 Seattle Seahawks

WR Jordan Addison, USC

With Tyler Lockett now on the wrong side of 30 and DK Metcalf looking at a huge payday soon, Seattle adds a potential stud wideout.

21 Los Angeles Chargers

LB Trenton Simpson, Clemson

Simpson lasts until 21 for now. However, he’s a player to watch at the combine as he could shoot up draft boards.

22 Baltimore Ravens

DB Brian Branch, Alabama

Branch is a tremendous player and one of the most versatile in the draft. He’s also a perfect fit in the Ravens’ secondary.

23 Minnesota Vikings

Edge Lukas Van Ness, Iowa

The Vikings add an edge rusher here who may expect to go much higher. The value is too good for them to pass up and fill a need.

24 Jacksonville Jaguars

OT Anton Harrison, Oklahoma

The Jags need to continue building their line and protect their talented young QB.

25 New York Giants

WR Rashee Rice, SMU

The Giants need help at wideout and Rice fits the mold of what they need. They opt for his size over one of the undersized speedsters.

26 Dallas Cowboys

LB Drew Sanders, Arkansas

Sanders would strengthen an already strong Cowboys defense that could stand to add some more help in their front seven. Sanders can be used all over the field.

27 Buffalo Bills

S Antonio Johnson, Texas A&M

With Jordan Poyer likely leaving town Johnson is the perfect replacement. He’s a smart versatile safety.

28 Cincinnati Bengals

WR Jalin Hyatt, Tennessee

It’s looking like Tee Higgins isn’t long for Cin City and they will want to keep Joe Burrow surrounded by high-end weapons.

29 New Orleans Saints

WR Kayshon Boutte, LSU

The Louisiana kid from LSU stays home in New Orleans and fills a desperate need for the team.

30 Philadelphia Eagles

RB Jahmyr Gibbs, Alabama

Gibbs could take this offense to the next level. He makes this offense significantly less predictable and more dynamic.

31 Kansas City Chiefs

WR Zay Flowers, Boston College

This is exactly the kind of weapon the Chiefs like to add. Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes will have a lot of fun deploying him against opposing defenses.
