Week 10 NFL Trade Value Charts: Justin Herbert & Amon-Ra St. Brown Emerge As Prime Buy-Low Trade Targets

Will Desvallees Nov 8th 2:58 PM EST.

Heading into Week 10, Justin Herbert of the Chargers heads the buy-low discussion because he simply hasn’t produced the type of numbers he did at this point last season. We think that’s gonna change, and that Herbert could erupt for some big performances in the weeks to come. Elsewhere, Amon-Ra St. Brown and Cordarrelle Patterson are both back from injury and have seen their trade value drop substantially in recent. As a result they too are at the front and center of the trade targets to shop low for this week in fantasy football.

Let’s take a look at all fantasy football to determine who are the ideal buy-low and sell-high candidates before Week 10 of the NFL season gets underway.

Week 10 Buy-Low Candidates

QB Justin Herbert, Los Angeles Chargers (16.75)

Justin Herbert certainly hasn’t lived up to the expectations set before him this season. As a result, his trade value has steadily dropped since the season began. He had a decent game in Week 9, but ultimately isn’t doing enough to impress fantasy owners who drafted him as one of the top quarterbacks to go off the board in 2022 fantasy drafts. Still, his trade value has dropped too low to the point that he is now ranking below Tom Brady (17.02), who many people think might be too old to be out on the field. In 2021, Herbert threw for 5,014 yards, 38 touchdowns, and 15 interceptions. More than halfway through the 2022 NFL season, Herbert has produced 2,254 passing yards, 13 touchdowns, and five picks. While he isn't playing badly, he just hasn't produced enough.

WR Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions (17.22)

Lions’ wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown has been back over the last two weeks. In Week 8 and Week 9, He combined for 11 catches and 124 receiving yards. While he hasn’t recorded a touchdown since Week 2 where he exploded for 116 receiving yards and two touchdown catches, St. Brown (when healthy) is the go-to target for Jared Goff and Detroit’s first team offense. Expect him to have a bounce back game where he produces solid yardage and a touchdown in Week 10. Since he missed multiple weeks and hasn’t scored in his first two games back, St. Brown’s trade value remains much too low.

RB Cordarrelle Patterson, Atlanta Falcons (19.31)

Cordarrelle Patterson is back in action for the Falcons after having missed every contest since Week 4. He’s been working through a knee injury, but rejoined Atlanta’s backfield this Sunday. He had 13 carries for 44 rushing yards and two touchdowns, just like he never left. His ability to power-through in the endzone is pretty outstanding. Through five games played this season, Patterson has 384 rushing yards, 37 receiving yards, and five touchdowns. He is an integral factor for the Falcons to push the ball through the endzone. This is why he netted Atlanta their only two touchdowns of the game. Though he’s shot up a massive +6.6 points in the trade value charts this week, his trade value falls below multiple backs who Patterson is simply better than.

TE Mark Andrews, Baltimore Ravens (22.87)

Mark Andrews was ruled out of the Ravens’ Monday night football game against the New Orleans Saints. This comes after he had just three catches for 33 receiving yards in Week 8, and didn’t get a single catch against the Browns in Week 7. Nonetheless, Andrews has racked up 42 catches for 488 receiving yards and five touchdowns this season. He could be one of the best available buy-low candidates in all of fantasy football heading into Week 10 as his trade value dropped once more this week. Zach Ertz (22.63) and Dallas Goedert (21.85) are both in range for you to make an attempt at trying to acquire Andrews this week.

WR Ja’Marr Chase, Cincinnati Bengals (25.34)

Ja’Marr Chase has been sidelined over the last few weeks with a hip injury. As a result, WRs Tyler Boyd and Tee Higginas have seen their roles on the Bengals’ offense increase. His trade value has dropped by -0.5 over the last week making him fall below Jaylen Waddle (26.91) and A.J. Brown (28.43) in the WR Trade Value Charts. He'll drop even further with the Bengals on a bye week in Week 10. Now is the time to target Chase for your late playoff push.

Week 10 Sell-High Candidates

RB Raheem Mostert, Miami Dolphins (14.82)

Before the trade deadline, the Miami Dolphins acquired RB Jeff Wilson Jr. from the San Francisco 49ers. While Mostert did record a touchdown in Week 9, he saw his volume of carries drop to single-digits for the first time since Week 3 where Mostert had eight carries for just 11 rushing yards against the Bills. Mostert had nine carries for 26 yards and one touchdown against the Bears. While Mostert averaged just 2.9 yards per carry against the Bears on Sunday, Wilson Jr. produced 51 rushing yards on nine carries (5.7 AVG) and three catches for 21 receiving yards and one touchdown. As Mostert’s efficiency running the ball comes into question, Wilson Jr. had a great first game for Miami. He is trending up while Mostert is trending down making him an ideal sell-high candidate heading into Week 10.

RB Joe Mixon, Cincinnati Bengals (37.14)

Joe Mixon had a whopping five touchdown games on Sunday. He had 22 carries for 153 rushing yards (7.0 AVG) and four rushing touchdowns. He matched that going four-of-five on targets for 58 receiving yards and one passing touchdown. Obviously, he had the biggest single-game fantasy performance of any player this season. His trade value has therefore increased astronomically. The main complaint from fantasy owners of Mixon this season has been a lack of consistency. For example, in Week 7, he had 58 rushing yards, 33 receiving yards, and two total touchdowns against the Atlanta Falcons. In Week 8, the Bengals struggled against the Browns and Mixon finished the game with just 27 rushing yards, 32 receiving yards, and no touchdowns. Nonetheless, he had the craziest game of his career yesterday and is now the one man standing at the top of the fantasy football trade value charts at every position.

WR Curtis Samuel, Washington Commanders (20.02)

Curtis Samuel’s trade value has peaked after a few weeks of consistent production. He’s had at least 50 receiving yards in each of the last three games and topped that off with a touchdown in Week 9 in Washington’s loss to Kirk Cousins and the Vikings. Right now, Tee Higgins (20.01), Terry McLaurin (19.99), and Deebo Samuel (18.75) all rank below him in the WR trade value charts. This makes him an interesting sell-high option this week as consistent fantasy production from the wideout has been an issue.
