Checking out week 1 fantasy basketball projections and identifying some possible pickups or streaming options.

The NBA regular season kicks off tonight with two games!

That means the fantasy basketball season is about to get rolling. Let's check out fantasy basketball weekly projections here at FantasySP to maybe identify some waiver wire or streaming options for fantasy owners.

We will cover players with own percentages under 90. I plan to do this at the start of every new fantasy basketball week, so keep checking back all NBA season! Point Guards

Sacramento's Russell Westbrook is projected for 28 fantasy points over three games. He's rostered in 65% of fantasy leagues after recently signing with the Kings.

Collin Sexton is projected for 28 points over three games. The Charlotte guard is rostered in 66% of leagues right now.

Chris Paul is set for 26 points over three games. The Clipper is rostered in 61% of fantasy leagues.

Isaiah Collier is projected for 25 points over just two games. He's rostered in 71% of leagues to kick off the year.

Dennis Schroder is owned in 65% of leagues and is set for 24 points over three contests.

Shooting Guards

Bradley Beal is projected for 30 points over three games. He's rostered in 86% of leagues right now.

Keyonte George is another Utah guard that may be worth adding. He's set for 28 points over two games and is rostered in 88% of leagues.

Quentin Grimes is set for 27 points over two contests. The Philly guard is rostered in 60% of leagues.

Brandin Podziemski is owned in 81% of leagues and is projected for 26 points over three contests.

Jordan Clarkson is set for 26 points over his three games, but is owned in just 34% of leagues.

Klay Thompson is rostered in 70% of leagues and is set for 24 points over his three games this week.

Small Forwards

Kelly Oubre Jr. is projected for 30 points across his first two games with Philly this season. He is rostered in 55% of leagues.

Khris Middleton is set for 25 points over three games. The Washington forward has three games lined up.

Naji Marshall is set for 25 points over three games, but is only rostered in 7% of leagues.

Caris LeVert is projected for 25 points across three games. He's owned in 30% of fantasy leagues.

Keldon Johnson and De'Andre Hunter are both set for 23 points in the first week. Each has three games lined up.

Johnson is rostered in 16% of fantasy leagues. Hunter sits at nearly 63% owned.

Power Forwards

Bobby Portis is set for 29 points in a three-game first week. He is rostered in 86% of leagues.

P.J. Washington is projected for 29 points over three games as well. He's rostered in just 61% of leagues though.

Kyle Kuzma is set for 25 points over three games. He's rostered in 75% of leagues to kick off the new season.

Jerami Grant is owned in 50% of leagues and is projected for 24 points over the first three games.

Guerschon Yabusele, Rui Hachimura and Jabari Smith Jr. are all set for 23 points in the first fantasy week. Smith has two games, while Yabusele and Hachimura have three each.

Yabusele is rostered in just 5% of fantasy leagues. Hachimura is up at 56%, while Smith sits at 79% owned.

Centers

Daniel Gafford is projected for 26 points over three games in the first week of play. He's rostered in 61% of fantasy leagues at this moment.

Brook Lopez is owned in 49% of leagues to start the new season. He's projected for 25 points over three games with the Clippers.

Jusuf Nurkic, Jonas Valanciunas, Wendell Carter Jr. and Yves Missi are all set for 24 fantasy points this week. Cater is the only guy in that quartet who has three games, otherwise everyone plays just twice.

Nurkic is rostered in 17% of fantasy leagues, while Valanciunas is at 29%. Carter sits at 50%, while Missi is rostered in 67% of leagues.

Al Horford, Clint Capela and Kyle Filipowski are all projected for 23 fantasy points in the first week. Horford could play up to three games, while Capela and Filipowski have just two each.

Horford is rostered in 42% of fantasy leagues. Capela sits at just 16%, while Filipowski is at 45%.
