Sunday's Fantasy Basketball Streamers: Ajay Mitchell, Jonathan Kuminga, and More
Streaming players from three NBA teams with good matchups on Sunday.
Sunday belongs to the NFL in the sports world. Canadians might be invested in the Raptors and Celtics this afternoon, but Americans will be glued to screens watching football; it's a weekly tradition.
Fantasy basketball doesn't stop, though, so let's look at streaming players from three NBA teams with good matchups on Sunday. We will focus on the guys who are widely available in fantasy leagues and can easily be picked up. Most stats are from NBA.com.

Golden State Warriors @ Chicago Bulls
The Bulls play at the second-fastest pace and own the eighth-worst defensive rating. They are a friend of the article here, which we will see often today, as some of our best targets are in action.
Golden State played in Cleveland yesterday and had a tough time offensively, scoring just 12 points in the first quarter and 99 overall. The Warriors still won 99-94, but they are surely looking for a better offensive performance against Chicago, something that might come with the return of a few injured players.
Guard
Stephen Curry is out for this game, leaving a lot of minutes and shots that need to be made up. Podziemski is the best performer from this group, averaging over 12 points per game with 4.6 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 1.2 steals. Spencer has played over 20 minutes and scored more than 15 points in each of the past three games, a streak that is quickly putting him on the fantasy radar.
Hield is a shooter but hasn't been making his shots; Richard is a rookie who is getting on the court but not putting up much for stats. Spencer and Podziemski are the guys you want here.
Forward
Kuminga is coming off a rough game (four points, 1-10 shooting), but he and Moody both average around 25-26 minutes and 12-13 points per game. Kuminga is better with rebounds and assists and Moody better with steals and blocks; I prefer Kuminga as a decent streamer here, though Moody is also intriguing.
Jimmy Butler missed yesterday's game, and his continued absence would give these guys even more value.
Center
Horford and Draymond Green also missed Saturday's game, and they are both questionable for Sunday. Post played 32 minutes yesterday and benefits most from the other guys missing time; he's a decent streamer if one or both of Horford and Green are out.
Jackson-Davis is just a low-level contributor, not a guy you want in fantasy. A lot here depends on who is active for Sunday's game; it's tough to know who will get on the court until then.
Memphis Grizzlies vs. Portland Trail Blazers
Portland plays at the third-fastest pace, and they are right at the fringe of the bottom 10 in defensive rating. They have become a common team here on our streaming list, offering a very friendly matchup for opposing fantasy players.
Ja Morant is likely to miss this game with a calf injury, so the vulnerable Grizzlies are without their biggest star. Memphis ranks in the middle in defensive rating but in the bottom 10 in offensive rating, sitting in play-in range currently (a position they might inhabit all season).
Guard
Without Morant, there are more minutes, touches, and shots to go around for the other guards. Williams will likely start, and while he doesn't do anything great, he is at 8.0 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 5.6 assists in 22.6 minutes per game. Coward is the better fantasy player: 27.3 minutes, 13.4 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 2.7 assists. I prefer Coward out of this group, and he can play both guard and forward.
Caldwell-Pope is a veteran who puts up very modest stats and is mostly off the fantasy radar unless you're in a super-deep league.
Forward
Wells is averaging 26.5 minutes and 12.0 points per game. Those are nice numbers, but he doesn't add a lot else. Aldama does more of everything, averaging 26.0 minutes, 12.7 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game. He is owned in a little more than half of leagues but still has enough availability to check on, and he's a very good streamer today.
Center
Like Aldama, Edey is owned in more than half of leagues, but he has a surprising amount of availability given his status. For any shortcomings he has, Edey is averaging 13.8 points, 11.2 rebounds, and 2.1 blocks per game, solid numbers. Edey is a great streamer today who could be a keeper.
Landale plays backup minutes, but he is averaging 10.7 points and 5.3 rebounds, making him a decent low-level streamer if you're desperate for a center.
Oklahoma City Thunder @ Utah Jazz
Make it three for three with great matchups, as the Jazz are another team we see here a lot. They play at the fourth-fastest pace and have the third-worst defensive rating, one of the best targets available.
Oklahoma City keeps dominating, currently holding a 22-1 record. They are on pace to lose fewer than five games, which would shatter the record that Golden State took from the Bulls several years back. OKC is a hotbed of fantasy production.
Guard
There are a lot of Thunder players missing this game, including guards Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Luguentz Dort, Isaiah Joe, and Alex Caruso. That leaves plenty for the other guys, making them good streaming options.
Wallace is a stater and plays more, but he doesn't put up much for stats, with his 8.5 points per game the best thing he does (though 2.1 steals are also nice). Mitchell is a better scorer, averaging 14.7 points per game. He is modest elsewhere, but Mitchell puts the ball in the basket. Both guys are good streamers today.
Forward
Wiggins also benefits from the injuries, though not as much as the guards. He averages 25.8 minutes and 13.3 points per game, decent enough numbers to make him a worthy streamer. He won't add a lot else, but Wiggins should get plenty of chances today.
Center
With Isaiah Hartenstein out since Thanksgiving, Williams has gotten a little extra run, though he is limited statistically. He can slot in at both forward and center, but Williams is probably better left on the free agent market.
