Rachaad White - Tampa Bay Buccaneers
White is currently rostered in 69.07% of leagues, but he's available in enough leagues to include here.
Connect your league to uncover strengths & weaknesses, waiver assistance, trade scenarios, and get instant start/sit clarity.
The Commanders had a bye this week, so there's no big performance in Week 7 to go off of. He got 11 touches and finished with 57 total yards and a touchdown in Week 6 though, so that's something to build off of.
White has 36 rushing attempts across five games played, going for 145 yards and no touchdowns. He has 14 receptions across 15 targets for 83 yards and two touchdowns though.
With injuries in the backfield, White could lead the charge for the time being. That makes him worth adding in all leagues, even if the Commanders' offense hasn't been the most consistent.
White is worth utilizing in most deeper leagues, and he could be a standard league flex option for a while. Consider adding him if he's available in your league and you need a little running back help.
Jonah Coleman - Denver Broncos
Coleman sits at 42.98% owned right now, but will rise significantly after Week 7.
In Week 7, he played for the first time since late September, which was Week 2. Coleman got nine rushing attempts, gaining 54 yards. He also had two catches for 15 yards across two targets.
He led the Denver backfield in rushing attempts, and was easily the most efficient rusher. J.K. Dobbins scored on the ground to salvage an otherwise very underwhelming fantasy showing. RJ Harvey didn't do much on the ground, but had a touchdown grab to deliver a decent fantasy score.
Coleman's usage was the most promising, and in time, the rookie should be the best fantasy option. He's worth adding in a lot of leagues, and could be one of the bigger pickups of the week.
I'd definitely be adding him in all deeper leagues, and I think he'll be scooped up in most standard leagues as well. He might not be more than a flex-level option right now, but his upside is high and he's one to stash at the very least.
Kaelon Black - San Francisco 49ers
Black is rostered in 38.43% of fantasy leagues right now.
The rookie got going again in Week 7, rushing for 63 yards and a touchdown across 12 carries. He added a reception across three targets, but it went backward four yards.
The 13 touches were the most he's gotten since Week 1. It was a solid outing for Black, who is stuck behind Christian McCaffrey, who got banged up on Sunday.
CMC is an injury-prone player, which is why Black was rostered in as many leagues as he was before Week 7. Black will be added in more leagues after his performance, and especially with CMC dealing with an injury.
Black is a solid deep-league asset in the right matchups, even with McCaffrey active. If CMC is out or less than 100%, then Black has standard league upside. Black could be owned in almost all leagues before Week 8 kicks off, so don't wait too long to add him.
Bam Knight - Arizona Cardinals
Knight is owned in 33.08% of leagues after Week 7.
He has picked up the slack the past couple of weeks while rookie Jeremiyah Love has dealt with an injury. He rushed for 80 yards across 15 attempts in Week 6, then had 48 yards on seven attempts in Week 7. Knight added five receptions for 33 yards across seven targets combined in the passing game.
He's been the top-performing RB in Arizona with Love out of the mix. Knight's outlook depends on Love's status, but Knight is still worth adding in some leagues.
He's a better deep-league addition, but could be tried in standard leagues if Love is out again moving forward. Keep Knight in mind at the very least.
Rico Dowdle - Pittsburgh Steelers
Dowdle sat at 68.97% rostered before Week 7, so we'll mention him as well.
He has only played in four games so far, but he had his best showing on Sunday. Dowdle rushed nine times for 41 yards, which were both season-high marks. He added six receptions for 45 yards to deliver a solid PPR fantasy showing.
The best sign for Dowdle is that Jaylen Warren also delivered, going for over 125 total yards on 21 touches, so it showed that Dowdle could deliver as well even in a secondary role. That limits his outlook a bit, but at a tough position to find help, Dowdle could be a sneaky-good add.
He's another RB who is a better deep-league pickup, but in a jam, Dowdle could be tried in standard leagues, so keep him in mind.
