Happy Monday! The fantasy playoffs are finally here, and that means it's time to start buckling down on our weekly decisions. We're in win-or-go-home territory, so the importance of every waiver decision is tenfold what it's been leading up to now. It's time to stop thinking about bye week depth and time to start thinking "will I start this guy this week?" or "will adding this guy keep my opponent from potentially starting him?"

With running backs and wide receivers coming in a separate article, let's take a look at the quarterbacks and tight ends you should be scooping off the waiver wire for Week 15.

Quarterback

(ownership percentages are based on ESPN leagues)

Jake Browning, Cincinnati Bengals (29.5 percent)

He's not Joe Burrow, but Jake Browning has been doing his best Joe Burrow impression so far. Over his last two starts, Browning is averaging over 25 fantasy points per game and has thrown for at least 275 yards in each of those starts. He's also added a rushing touchdown in each of his last two games. With an arsenal of weapons at his disposal, Browning has a ton of upside (even if he's not nearly as talented as Burrow) and gets a solid fantasy schedule with the Vikings up next and a scuffling Steelers defense after that. I don't know if I'd feel great about starting Browning in my fantasy playoffs (I'm hoping you have a better option), but he's at least worth keeping away from your league mates.

Joe Flacco, Cleveland Browns (4.4 percent)

Is it 2013 again? I'm not sure how, but Joe Flacco has made himself fantasy-relevant in 2023. The 38-year-old has been named the Browns starter for the rest of the season and has averaged 18 fantasy points over his last two starts -- that have included five total touchdown passes. While things aren't going to get any easier against an improved Bears pass defense this week, Flacco then gets a very meh Texans defense the week after that if you're able to advance. Similar to Browning, I don't love the idea of starting Flacco in your fantasy playoffs, but he's still worth an add.

Bailey Zappe, New England Patriots (1.6 percent)

I had Desmond Ridder here for a minute after his QB2 performance in Week 14, but he's just way too risky to start. While Zappe isn't a completely safe option either, he's in more of a controlled offense and is coming off a strong performance against the Steelers. The Chiefs aren't the easiest matchup in the world, but the Patriots should have to air things out in order to keep up with them this week, and I wouldn't be shocked to see Zappe put up a borderline QB1 performance against the defending champs.

Tight End

(ownership percentages are based on ESPN leagues)

Hunter Henry, New England Patriots (16.2 percent)

Speaking of the Patriots, Hunter Henry rose from the ashes last week with Zappe under center. The Patriots are devoid of receiver talent at this point and relied heavily upon Henry during their win over the Steelers. They looked his way in the red zone and they even pushed the ball downfield with him. I don't really trust anything the Patriots do on offense at this point, but the tight end position is a complete waste-land fantasy-wise so Henry has to be on the radar as a Week 15 starter.

Gerald Everett, Los Angeles Chargers (27.9 percent)

Tyler Conklin is a solid option I've seen a lot of people talk about picking up, but we're looking for upside here, and Conklin just doesn't provide that. While Everett has had some milk carton games this season where you don't even know if he's playing, he's been solid lately with at least four receptions in each of his last three games. With the Chargers still trying to figure out who their best non-Keenan Allen option is, Everett has some upside is he's able to add a touchdown to his recent yardage totals of 43, 44, and 39.

Davis Allen, Los Angeles Rams (0.0 percent)

Who?! Ya, I hasn't heard of him until yesterday either. It's worth noting that Tyler Higbee missed the Rams' Week 14 loss in which Allen put up four catches for 50 yards and a touchdown, but it's no guarantee that Higbee will play next week. If Higbee misses any time, Allen should continue to see targets and is worth a flier with an upcoming matchup against the lowly Commanders.
