Week 13 Injury Report: De'Von Achane, Travis Etienne, Chris Olave, Keenan Allen and More
These are all the injuries you need to know heading into the fantasy week.
Week 13 is almost here and there are a ton of questions surrounding a bunch of big-named players who are dealing with injuries. Here are all the latest updates on the fantasy players who may or may not be active this week.
Week 13 Injury Report
Quarterbacks
Dorian Thompson-Robinson, Cleveland Browns (Concussion)
DTR has been ruled out for Week 13 with a concussion. Joe Flacco will get the start in his place. It's unclear if this is a good or bad thing for any of the Browns' fantasy options.
Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Ankle)
Mayfield missed practice early in the week after tweaking his ankle in Week 12 but has returned to a full practice and should be good to go for Sunday.
Kenny Pickett, Pittsburgh Steelers (Ankle)
Pickett is dealing with an ankle injury, however, he was able to get in a few full practices to finish the week and will play in Week 13.
Running Backs
De'Von Achane, Miami Dolphins (Knee)
The explosive rookie is officially listed as questionable for Week 13 after missing Week 12, but he is fully expected to make his return on Sunday, which should push Jeff Wilson out of any fantasy relevancy.
Travis Etienne, Jacksonville Jaguars (Ribs)
Etienne is listed as questionable for Week 13. After getting in a few limited practices to finish the week it sounds like he'll probably play this week. You may want to handcuff him with D'Ernest Johnson if he's available on your waiver wire.
Breece Hall, New York Jets (Hamstring)
After looking iffy for most of the week, Hall got in a full practice on Friday and will likely suit up on Sunday. He will look to rush for more than 50 yards for the first time since mid-October.
Aaron Jones, Green Bay Packers (Knee)
Jones will not play in Week 13 as injuries continue to torpedo his season. AJ Dillon will be the lead back.
Ezekiel Elliott, New England Patriots (Thigh)
Elliott is listed as questionable for Week 13. It looks like he will be able to give it a go despite the questionable tag, however, Rhamondre Stevenson has been separating himself as the lead back in New England.
Jerick McKinnon, Kansas City Chiefs (Groin)
McKinnon has been nursing a groin injury but is expected to give it a go this week. He continues to fall further behind Isiah Pacheco who is the top back in KC.
Wide Receivers
Keenan Allen, Los Angeles Chargers (Quad)
Allen is officially listed as questionable after not practicing much this week. However, he says the injury isn't serious at all and he feels great. He will be playing this week.
Chris Olave, New Orleans Saints (Concussion)
Olave remains in the concussion protocol and is at risk of missing Week 13. However, he does have a chance to play because the league has seemed to lighten up on the protocol as we've gotten deeper into the season. Rashid Shaheed is also injured and he will not be playing this week due to a calf injury. If Olave is indeed sidelined the Saints' WR corps will be extremely thin with Michael Thomas already on injured reserve.
Tee Higgins, Cincinnati Bengals (Hamstring)
It looks like Higgins is finally ready to return from his hamstring injury barring a setback. He got in a full practice Friday and should be good to go. It remains to be seen what his fantasy value is without Joe Burrow.
Demario Douglas, New England (Concussion)
Douglas has been ruled out with a concussion and will not play in Week 13.
Noah Brown, Houston Texans (Knee)
Brown is listed as questionable and is looking like a true game-time decision. Rookie Tank Dell is also listed as questionable with a thigh injury but is expected to play in this one.
Treylon Burks, Tennessee Titans (Concussion)
Burks was able to put together multiple full practices this week and looks like he should be in good shape to return in Week 13. Nevertheless, he is still listed as questionable and as far as we know has not been fully cleared from the concussion protocol just yet.
Hollywood Brown, Arizona Cardinals (Heel)
Brown is listed as questionable but has not practiced all week. However, the reports out of Arizona have been optimistic regarding his availability. We don't feel confident predicting this one and will just have to wait and see how it plays out. His teammate Michael Wilson has already been ruled out with a shoulder injury.
Jayden Reed, Green Bay Packers (Chest)
After failing to practice on Wednesday and Thursday, Reed did manage to practice on Friday. It appears that he is trending in the right direction, however, this is a situation you will have to monitor up until game time.
Chris Godwin, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Neck)
Godwin will be a true game-time decision this week. This one will likely go right up until inactives are listed.
Mack Hollins, Atlanta Falcons (Ankle)
After missing three weeks with an ankle injury, Hollins looks like he could be poised to return this week. Still, he's listed as questionable and isn't a lock to play.
Amari Cooper, Cleveland Browns (Ribs)
Despite injuring his ribs last week, Cooper says he will be out there in Week 13. It will be interesting to see how Joe Flacco impacts his fantasy value.
Tight Ends
Dalton Schultz, Houston Texans (Hamstring)
Schultz has been ruled out for Week 13 with a hamstring injury. That means it's Brevin Jordan season!
Dallas Goedert, Philadelphia Eagles (Arm)
Goedert is listed as doubtful and it's unlikely he'll be out there this week. This is despite him practicing on Friday and saying he feels good enough to play.
Trey McBride, Arizona Cardinals (Groin)
McBride is listed as questionable for Week 13, but seems like he's trending in the right direction to suit up. With Zach Ertz now waived by the Cardinals he has his role secured for the foreseeable future.
Hayden Hurst, Carolina Panthers (Concussion)
Hurst has been ruled out for Week 13 with a concussion. His backup Tommy Tremble is also expected to sit this one out with a hip injury. That leaves Ian Thomas to lead the way at tight end for the Panthers this week.
