Fantasy Football Wide Receivers to Add for Week 5: Bills' Duo, Harris and More

Several wide receivers saw their fantasy stock rise in Week 4, making them potential waiver wire targets.

Let's start looking over some Week 5 fantasy football waiver wire options by discussing the wide receiver position.

Keon Coleman and Khalil Shakir - Buffalo Bills

Coleman was rostered in just 8% of fantasy football leagues for Week 4, so he's available to most fantasy owners. Shakir is at 67% owned, so he's only addable for those in some standard leagues.

Both are trending up after D.J. Moore re-aggravated a shoulder injury on Sunday. Coleman had 116 yards and a touchdown across six catches and seven targets, while Shakir went for 82 yards on seven grabs and eight targets - Shakir also lost a fumble.

Both Buffalo wideouts will be heavily added after what they did in Week 4. If Moore is set to miss any time, Shakir could skyrocket toward 100% owned. Coleman should see his own percentage skyrocket regardless of Moore's status.

Dalton Kincaid is still around, but he didn't do much on Sunday, so expect Coleman and Shakir to get plenty of fantasy love leading into Week 5.

Roman Wilson - Pittsburgh Steelers

Wilson played back on Thursday, but performed well enough to still be noteworthy as waiver wire targets are forming. He was owned in just 7% of leagues before this past week.

He caught half of his six targets for 74 yards and a touchdown. That's now back-to-back games with a score for Wilson, who has six targets in every game so far.

Now with a couple touchdowns and at least 60 receiving yards in two straight outings, Wilson is on the rise as a fantasy asset. Pittsburgh still has DK Metcalf and Michael Pittman, but Wilson is second on the team in targets and receiving yards, tied for second in receptions and tied for the most receiving scores through four weeks.

He's still a better deep-league fantasy asset given the overall state of the Steelers' offense, but he's on the rise and worth some more fantasy attention going into Week 5.

Tre' Harris - Los Angeles Chargers

Harris is going to rise as a fantasy asset after a third straight game over 50 receiving yards. He went for 60 yards on three grabs and five targets on Sunday.

Ladd McConkey left with an injury again, and could miss time, which would increase Harris' value and production in a sputtering Chargers' offense. Since gaining 20 yards in Week 1 though, Harris has 53, 76 and 60 receiving yards, and although he's yet to catch a touchdown, he appears to be rising inside the team's offense.

Harris will see his fantasy own percentage skyrocket before Week 5 kicks off, especially if McConkey is set to miss time. Harris was only owned in 15% of leagues before Week 4.

Harris is definitely worth some deep-league adds right now, and he could be a standard league possibility if McConkey misses any time.

Romeo Doubs - New England Patriots

Doubs was at 72% rostered before Week 4, but he's still worth mentioning here.

He caught six of his nine targets this week for 58 yards and two touchdowns. That was easily his best fantasy performance of the season.

Doubs was held without a catch in Week 1 before tallying 96 yards on three catches and four targets in Week 2. He also had three receptions across four targets in Week 3, going for 49 yards. Doubs' best performance helped the Patriots earn a big win on Sunday, and with Mack Hollins being banged up this week, Doubs' role moving forward could be even bigger.

A.J. Brown is likely to miss at least one more week, so Doubs could be owned in most leagues, and starting in a ton of leagues for at least Week 5. We'll see how things look after this coming week, but he's worth the add after Week 4.

Antonio Williams - Washington Commanders

Williams was at just 14% rostered before Week 4. He only caught three passes for 21 yards on Sunday, but got eight targets. Williams also had an 80-yard touchdown grab wiped away by a penalty.

Williams was more involved this week with Terry McLaurin out. If he misses more time, Williams could be more involved again for Washington moving forward.

The Commanders have Stefon Diggs as well, so that makes Williams' outlook a bit more murky, especially if McLaurin returns in Week 5. That probably means Williams is only worth adding in deeper leagues right now, but keep him in mind later in the week if McLaurin is ruled out again.
