Week 13 Thanksgiving DFS Lineup: Patrick Mahomes, Derrick Henry, Ja’Marr Chase and More
Morgan puts together a DFS lineup for the three Thursday games in week 13.
Let's put together a DFS fantasy football lineup for the three Thanksgiving games.
We went over the top fantasy football players in individual stories: Packers/Lions, Chiefs/Cowboys and Ravens/Bengals.
This DFS lineup has nine roster spots: QB, 2 RBs, 3 WRs, TE, Flex and DST. We have a $50,000 budget. Let's get to it!

Quarterback - Patrick Mahomes ($6,500)
I have Mahomes as my No. 1 fantasy QB for week 13, and he didn't cost a ton, so I decided to pick him.
He has the best fantasy matchup ahead of him against the Cowboys and was already averaging 22.7 fantasy points per game, which was the most of any Thursday QB.
Mahomes scored 21.1 points last week, and could be in line for a monster fantasy showing on Thursday.
Running Back - Derrick Henry ($7,300)
I'm rolling with Henry as my top DFS back here. He ranks sixth for me at RB this week.
He has the best matchup a running back could have against the Bengals, so it's a great time to fire him up. Henry is averaging 15.8 fantasy points per game, and scored 22.8 and 23.2 over the past two weeks.
I think he could score 20+ points again, and be the top fantasy back from Thursday.
Running Back - Isiah Pacheco ($5,000)
I'm saving some money here and taking a gamble on a returning player. Pacheco hasn't played since week 8 because of an injury.
He's averaging 7.5 fantasy points per game this season, and has a pretty favorable matchup coming on Thursday. I had him ranked 30th among the week 13 RBs.
Some might want to take Kareem Hunt over him, and that's fine, but I'm saving $300, which can hopefully help me out later.
Wide Receiver - Ja'Marr Chase ($8,000)
I'm going with a star here and trying Chase. He should be revved up after being suspended for week 12, and with Joe Burrow back throwing to him.
He's averaging 20.7 fantasy points per game, and has a great matchup coming to take advantage of. Chase ranks third for me in week 13.
With no Tee Higgins around, Chase should dominate the targets and production among the Bengals' wideouts.
Wide Receiver - Rashee Rice ($7,500)
I went with another stud fantasy wideout here with Rice.
He's averaging 20.8 fantasy points per game, and posted 27.1 points last week. Rice has a super favorable test against the Cowboys, so he should shine.
I'm not done taking advantage of a weak Cowboys' defense.
Wide Receiver - Xavier Worthy ($4,500)
Another good fantasy wideout here, but a much more affordable one.
He's averaging 8.7 fantasy points per game this season and tallied 9.9 last week.
Again, I expect the Chiefs' offense to burn the Cowboys' defense time and time again, so I'm pretty set with Mahomes, Rice and Worthy.
Tight End - Mark Andrews ($3,600)
I was tempted to take another Chief here (Travis Kelce), but decided to save some salary and take Andrews instead.
He's averaging 9.3 fantasy points per game so far, and had three straight double-digit performances before a dud last week.
The best fantasy matchup against the Bengals' defense is a chance for Andrews to not only deliver, but to star. If he does, this lineup could soar. I have him as the sixth-ranked fantasy TE in week 13.
Flex - Christian Watson ($4,700)
With my flex spot, I decided to take who I think is the Packers' best pass catcher right now.
He's averaged 11.5 fantasy points since taking the field in week 8. Watson has 9.9 and 20.6 points over the past two weeks, and at least 6.5 points in each contest.
His matchup against the Lions is pretty favorable, so it makes sense to fire him up and expect a good fantasy showing.
DST - Packers DST ($2,600)
This is actually the pick I made first, as it's the cheapest option and helps me know how to proceed with the rest of my picks.
Every NFL team playing on Thanksgiving has an offense which could go off, so I decided on the best option in my eyes. Green Bay is averaging 6.4 fantasy points per game, which was the second most of the six choices.
The DST has scored 18 and seven points over the past two weeks, and I'd be thrilled with anything between those two marks. Green Bay's DST scored 10 fantasy points in week 1 against Detroit, so we'll see if they can replicate that.
