Stream These Warriors and Rockets Tonight in Fantasy Basketball
Streaming players from two NBA teams with good matchups on Wednesday.
It's a bit of a short day on the fantasy basketball streaming front today. I usually give you streamers from three teams with good matchups, but we only have two that really qualify, even when stretching the definition a bit.
Usually, this happens when we only have a few games on the schedule. We do have six games and 12 teams in action today, but those teams either play at slow paces or have strong defenses, not matching up well.
Let's look at streaming players from two NBA teams with good matchups on Wednesday. We'll focus on the guys who get on the court and are widely available in fantasy leagues. Most stats are from NBA.com.

Golden State Warriors @ Memphis Grizzlies
Memphis plays at the 10th-fastest pace and has the 12th-worst defensive rating in the league. They are on the fringe of the top/bottom 10 that we usually look for, but when they come so close in both categories, that makes them a prime target on a short day like today.
The Warriors faced the Pelicans last night, a game they lost 113-109. That puts them at 30-28, five games below sixth place. Stephen Curry is out for at least a few more games, and the team surely would love to get him back ASAP, but Golden State seems destined for the play-in regardless, unless they finish the season scorching.
Guard
Melton is coming off a game in which he scored 28 points in 28 minutes. He doesn't generally add a lot else, but he will be on the court plenty, which will lead to stats. Podziemski is a good Plan B, not scoring as much recently but adding a little more in other areas; Melton and Podziemski are similar in fantasy value.
Spencer and Richard are lesser statistical players who generally aren't on the fantasy radar unless there are multiple injuries in front of them. There could be a little value if Melton and/or Podziemski were to sit out the second leg of this back-to-back.
Forward
Moody mirrors Melton as a guy who scores points and doesn't generally add a lot else. I'd rather have Melton between the two, but Moody is a fine option who scored 21 points in 34 minutes yesterday; both guys can slot in at guard and forward in most leagues.
Santos is a bit of a surprise who has been performing well recently. In eight February games, Santos is averaging 15 points, 5.4 rebounds, 4.3 assists, and 1.7 steals. Moody might be the guy if you need points, but Santos has put up more well-rounded numbers recently.
Center
Horford didn't play yesterday which probably means he will play today, as he has been sitting out one game of back-to-backs all season. He's not much of a statistical player anymore. Post is a backup who doesn't put up a lot of stats, though he will run into some numbers by virtue of being seven feet tall. You can find a better fantasy center elsewhere.
Houston Rockets vs. Sacramento Kings
Sacramento plays at a pace right around league average, but they have the third-worst defensive rating, making them a prime target, particularly on a day with so few options. With several expected starters out for the season, the Kings have a good chance to keep their current distinction as having the worst record in basketball.
The Rockets have their second straight good matchup here after beating the Jazz 125-105 on Monday. Houston currently sits third place in the West, but that's likely as high as they can go, as they are 5.5 games behind the Spurs for second and 8.5 behind OKC at the top. They are within one game of each of the next three teams behind them as well, setting up an exciting finish.
Guard
Sheppard is the best streamer from Houston. He's owned in 50% of leagues, which puts him on the border of streaming territory, but there's still enough availability to make it worth checking if you need a guard or shooting. Sheppard has scored at least 10 points in each of his past six games, making either four or five 3-pointers in three of those six.
Amen Thompson is out for this game, which could get Okogie and Holiday more minutes, but neither guy is enough of a statistical player to put into your lineup unless you're in a super-deep league.
Forward
Eason is the best player from this group and can slot in at both guard and forward in most leagues. He is limited as a fantasy player but does a little bit of everything, including notching at least 11 points, 10 rebounds, and four assists in each of his past two games. Finney-Smith is a lesser statistical player and not a guy to consider for your lineup.
Center
Capela is just a backup player who doesn't get enough minutes to be a fantasy contributor when everyone is healthy.
