Let's take another look at the FantasySP fantasy basketball trade value chart to see which players are trending up and down over the past week.

We'll keep the focus on notable standard league and deep league fantasy options.

Utilize FantasySP's trade value chart and trade analyzer as you put together fantasy basketball trades this season.

Biggest Risers

Atlanta's Trae Young is up 1.7 and sits with an overall rating of 25.98 now.

He just returned from a long absence a week or so ago, and has delivered big in his past two contests, so it's easy to see why he's on the rise. Young is obviously a top-end fantasy talent when healthy, and he's starting to recapture some of that value he lost after a long layoff.

It's worth seeing what the asking price is for Young, as he might be a bit cheaper because of the injury concern. Some might be willing to pay big too, and if you don't trust Young in the long run, it's also fair to consider dealing him away.

Los Angeles Clippers' Kawhi Leonard and Cleveland's Darius Garland are each up 1.1 over the past week. Leonard checks in 54th on the trade chart, while Garland is 58th.

Leonard has scored 73 points over his past two games, while also providing 20 rebounds, eight assists, three steals and two blocks, so his player rating and fantasy value is going to shoot up after that.

Everyone knows Leonard is a great fantasy asset when healthy, so I more see now as a time to sell high on the oft-injured player than anything. If you don't trust him in the long run, it's worth dangling his name out there on the trade block to see if you can capitalize on his past two showings.

Garland has been a pretty steady fantasy asset of late, so that's helping his player rating and fantasy value overall rise. He too has missed games this season, so it's a chance to potentially sell high on Garland right now, because he's a locked-in standard league fantasy asset.

Portland's Donovan Clingan, Miami's Kel'el Ware and Memphis' Santi Aldama are all up at least one point in their ratings over the past week.

Clingan is up one point and sits 86th overall on the trade chart. Clingan has two double-doubles over his past three games, and has been improved over his past four contests.

He's close to 100% owned, so he's a possible trade candidate in all leagues. Those needing big man help might be willing to pay up, so depending on how you view Clingan in the long run, it's either time to cash in on improved numbers of late, or success to enjoy going forward.

Ware is up 1.4 and he's at No. 87 on the trade chart. He struggled in his last game, but was stellar in the three games before that.

The time to sell high was after that three-game stretch ideally, because that last showing was a detriment to his fantasy outlook. But again, those needing big man help might be willing to spend big to add Ware, so he's worth adding to the trade block to see if a worthwhile offer comes in.

Aldama is 93rd on the trade chart after rising a full point over the past week.

He has a couple 37-point showings over his past three contests, but also had a nine-point outing in between. The inconsistent results are why he's at 91% rostered, but his value is still up, making him a trending trade option right now.

See if you can cash in on his improved marks of late. Aldama should be a worthwhile trade asset in standard leagues, and definitely is a desirable asset in deeper leagues.

New York's Tyler Kolek is up 4.3 and sits at a 6.54 rating overall now.

He was part of Friday's waiver wire story. He's getting added after delivering a couple big fantasy showings in a row. An injury to Miles McBride is helping Kolek produce more.

He's just a deep-league asset, but he's worth considering for a bit with what he's done of late.

Biggest Fallers

Los Angeles Lakers' Luka Doncic is down 1.1 the past week. He still ranks third overall on the trade chart.

He's dealt with an injury of late, which is the biggest contributor to his player rating falling. Donic played on Christmas, delivering a pretty solid fantasy showing, so he's back on the rise again.

Doncic has dealt with some injury concerns this season, so if you are worried about those going forward, you could look into selling him today. He's worth a king's ransom still, and I'd need to be overpaid to part with him.

Don't let another fantasy owner talk you into parting with Doncic for anything less than an overpay. His injury concerns might be annoying, but when healthy, he's a top-five fantasy player.

Toronto's RJ Barrett is down 1.1 and now is ranked 60th on the trade chart. He's been dropped in a few leagues too.

He has not played since November 23, so it's a lack of playing that's hurting Barrett. He was cleared for on-court activities, but still hasn't been cleared to play.

I do expect him back soon, but with uncertainty surrounding him after a month-plus of missed play, Barrett's value is down. If you can afford to take a gamble, I'd look into buying a bit lower on him.

If you roster Barrett and have been awaiting his return, just be a bit more patient and you should get him back. Selling him now would be selling him low, and that's never a great option, even if you have concerns about him in the long run.
