Outlook Tetairoa McMillan
Bulkier Sophomore Star Poised to Anchor Carolina's Passing Attack
Fresh off winning Offensive Rookie of the Year with a stellar 1,130-yard, eight-touchdown debut, Tetairoa McMillan enters his sophomore season as the undisputed lead receiver for Bryce Young. Listed atop the depth chart alongside Xavier Legette, McMillan's target share looks incredibly secure as the primary weapon in this offense.
Offseason reports indicate McMillan has focused heavily on strength conditioning after admitting he felt weak during his rookie campaign, working to regain 10 to 15 pounds of muscle. This added bulk should help him absorb hits and boost his physical play-making ability, building on last year's team-high target share.
In 1.0 PPR formats, McMillan's ADP has stabilized around the late-third round at pick 35. Our models project a highly productive follow-up of 76 receptions, 1,085 yards, and seven touchdowns. At this steady price, he represents a high-floor WR2 with WR1 upside, making him an excellent draft-day value.

Outlook Zach Charbonnet
ACL Recovery and First-Round Rookie Arrival Cloud Seattle Backfield Hierarchy
Zach Charbonnet faces a highly challenging campaign after suffering a torn ACL in January. He is expected to miss the start of the season, and Seattle has already reinforced their backfield by selecting rookie Jadarian Price in the first round of the draft to assume the lead role.
Due to these major developments, his ADP in 1.0 PPR formats has steadily tumbled from the mid-90s in early May down to 124 by June. The drafting public is increasingly hesitant, but our models suggest his sliding market price could represent a decent late-round value once he returns.
Our projections slate Charbonnet for 94 rush attempts, 402 rushing yards, and five touchdowns as a complementary piece. While he will begin the year on the bench, he remains a premium stash candidate and vital backfield insurance for managers late in drafts.
