Week 16 Fantasy Football Injury Report: Tyreek Hill, CJ Stroud, Trevor Lawrence, Josh Jacobs and More
These are all the injuries you need to know about for your fantasy football week.
Week 16 is almost here and there are a ton of questions surrounding a bunch of big-named players who are dealing with injuries. Here are all the latest updates on the fantasy players who may or may not be active this week.
Week 16 Injury Report
Quarterbacks
C.J. Stroud, Houston Texans (Concussion)
Stroud has once again been ruled out with a concussion for Week 16. This is starting to become a scary situation. Case Keenum is expected to draw another start this week.
Trevor Lawrence, Jacksonville Jaguars (Concussion)
According to the Jags' head coach Doug Pederson, Lawrence will be a true game-time decision this week and his status is completely up in the air. All we can do is monitor this situation up until game time at this point.
Kenny Pickett, Pittsburgh Steelers (Ankle)
Pickett has once again been officially ruled out for Week 16.
Will Levis, Tennessee Titans (Ankle)
Levis is officially listed as questionable for Week 16. That's about all we're getting out of the organization, but his availability looks to be shaky at best. No one should be shocked if we see Ryan Tannehill out there this weekend.
Zach Wilson, New York Jets (Concussion)
Wilson has been ruled out with a concussion and Trevor Siemian will get the start this week. Expect to see Brett Rypien after half-time if Siemian lasts that long.
Running Backs
Rhamondre Stevenson, New England Patriots (Ankle)
Stevenson has once again been ruled out for Week 16. Ezekiel Elliott will once again draw the start and should see a ton of volume in a tremendous matchup with the Denver Broncos.
Kenneth Walker, Seattle Seahawks (Shoulder)
Walker is officially listed as questionable for Week 16, however, he is fully expected to be available.
Josh Jacobs, Las Vegas Raiders (Quad)
Jacobs is listed as questionable for Week 16 after getting in a limited practice on Friday. He looks to be on the right side of questionable though and Saturday's practice report will likely confirm that.
Brian Robinson, Washington Commanders (Hamstring)
Robinson has once again been ruled out for Week 16 due to a hamstring injury.
Alexander Mattison, Minnesota Vikings (Ankle)
After getting in a limited practice on Friday, Mattison is officially questionable for Week 16. It will be best for the Vikings and fantasy owners alike if Mattison just sits this one out. Either way, Ty Chandler should be the lead back, but Mattison will be an annoyance if active.
Zack Moss, Indianapolis Colts (Forearm)
Moss is officially listed as questionable for this week. Things sounded more optimistic for Moss at the beginning of the week than it does now that he was not able to practice at all. Jonathan Taylor will be returning this week anyway though, so Moss should not be anywhere near your fantasy lineups regardless of whether or not he's active at this point.
De'Von Achane, Miami Dolphins (Toe)
The rookie is listed as questionable for Week 16, however, he is fully expected to be active on Sunday.
AJ Dillon, Green Bay Packers (Thumb)
Dillion is questionable for Week 16 due to a thumb injury. If active, Dillon's only fantasy purpose would be to be a thorn in the side of Aaron Jones's owners. Jones has been removed from the injury report and will play this week.
Wide Receivers
Tyreek Hill, Miami Dolphins (Ankle)
Hill is listed as doubtful for Week 16. However, he looks like he's more likely than not to play which is great for his fantasy owners and owners of Tua Tagovailoa.
Keenan Allen, Los Angeles Chargers (Heel)
Allen has once again been ruled out for Week 16 with a heel injury.
Christian Watson, Green Bay Packers (Hamstring)
Watson has been listed as doubtful for Week 16 which means there is little to no chance that he plays this week. Jayden Reed and Dontayvion Wicks have also both been listed as questionable with Reed looking like he's on the wrong side of questionable and Wick's looking a bit more likely to suit up.
Michael Pittman, Indianapolis Colts (Concussion)
Pittman has somehow already cleared the concussion protocol. While he's officially listed as questionable, it looks like he will suit up in Week 16 after taking a scary hit in Week 15.
DeVonta Smith, Philadelphia Eagles (Knee)
As of Friday, Smith has not been able to practice at all this week and is officially listed as questionable. Because the Eagles play on Monday, he still has a chance to practice on Saturday. His Saturday practice status will likely tell us if he's going to play or not.
Marquise Brown, Arizona Cardinals (Heel)
Brown has once again been ruled out for Week 16 with a heel injury.
Nico Collins, Houston Texans (Calf)
Collins is listed as questionable for Week 16 with a calf injury that caused him to sit out last week. Nevertheless, it looks like he'll probably be able to make it back on the field for this one.
Zay Jones, Jacksonville Jaguars (Hamstring)
Jones is listed as questionable for Week 16 and is more than likely not going to play. However, he did get in a limited practice on Friday so there is still a shot that he suits up.
Tight Ends
Hunter Henry, New England Patriots (Knee)
Henry left last week's game with a knee injury and did not return despite never being ruled out. After getting in multiple limited practices to finish out the week he looks to be on the right side of questionable for Week 16.
Cole Kmet, Chicago Bears (Thigh)
While the thigh issue Kmet is dealing with is not believed to be serious, he was added to the injury report on Thursday which is never a good thing. This is a situation you will have to monitor up until game day.
