After going over fantasy basketball waiver wire/streaming options for the week, let's discuss some more traditional waiver wire options at the start of a new week.

Also be sure to check out Monday's streaming article.

Waiver wire options can be found all season on FantasySP!

Scoot Henderson: Settling In?

Henderson is owned in 51.53% of fantasy basketball leagues after being added in 9.45% of leagues today.

Henderson is a player I discussed in the weekly article I did earlier today. We'll discuss him more in-depth here.

Over his past four games, Henderson has scored 11, 25, 17 and 28 points. Henderson has 12 rebounds and assists and three steals and blocks over those contests as well.

Henderson has come off the bench for all of those games, playing between 19-30 minutes. The sporadic playing time makes him a riskier fantasy play, but the production has been there most nights, so I like the idea of adding him today.

He's a good deep-league add, even if he's just a streaming option for you. Henderson is definitely a streaming option in standard leagues, but I also think he's worth some adds in those leagues. At least try him in his next game to see if he can continue what he's done of late.

Justin Edwards: Trending Up of Late

Edwards is up 8.85%, which brings his overall mark to 47.6%.

Edwards is a 76er who is playing more thanks to several injuries (and one suspension) to teammates. He's started three games in a row, tallying 21, 19 and 12 points in those appearances.

Edwards also has 15 rebounds, nine assists and steals and two blocks over that three-game span. He's played 25, 31 and 29 minutes.

Paul George is the suspended 76er, and Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey and Kelly Oubre Jr. are among the injured players. Those are notable players, so there's a ton of production to fill.

Edwards has delivered of late, and I think he's worth adding in more fantasy leagues as a result. I like him in deeper leagues for sure, and also wouldn't mind trying him as a streaming option in some standard leagues. At least consider it for a little while, as he rides this hot streak.

Brice Sensabaugh: Surging in Bigger Role

Sensabaugh has been added in 6.98% of leagues, and he's up to 79.48% overall now.

Sensabaugh is another guy on the rise of late. He's started four games in a row, tallying 22, 31, 29 and 21 points over those contests. Sensabaugh has scored in double figures in six straight overall though, so it's been a longer stretch of high-level play for him.

Over those six games, Sensabaugh has averaged 22.3 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1.2 steals and 0.5 blocks over 25.7 minutes a night.

He might just be scoring to provide his fantasy value, but he's scoring enough to try in a lot of fantasy leagues today. He's a great deep-league option, and he's worked into a bunch of standard leagues too. Utilize him as he's in this hot stretch, but be ready to move off him whenever he falls out of it.

Mitchell Robinson: Rebounding Specialist

Robinson is up 5.39% today, which brings his overall mark to 35.81%.

It's not often you find a fantasy basketball waiver wire option who has only scored in double figures in two of the past five contests. Robinson has a good amount of fantasy value on his rebounding numbers though, which makes him a better option.

Robinson has 39 points over his past five games, and 25 of those came in two games. He's grabbed 54 rebounds over those contests though, and 45 of those have come over the past three outings. Robinson has three assists, seven steals and four blocks as well.

New York isn't missing any post players, so Robinson's role isn't suddenly way higher. He's just delivering more in his time on the court.

He might not be a nightly fantasy stud, but in stretches, he can be a useful deep-league asset, like he is now. Add/stream Robinson in some deeper leagues for as long as his high-rebound numbers stick. I'd avoid him in standard leagues unless a big post player, or two, are out for the Knicks.

Max Strus: Back On the Court

Strus has been added in 5.36% of leagues, which brings his overall mark to 7.86%.

Strus is another guy I covered in the weekly projections/waiver wire article. He just returned to the court after missing the entire rest of the season.

Strus played 23 minutes off the bench in his first game back, tallying 24 points, eight rebounds and one assist. He's not going to provide regularly like that, but after not playing all year, he's available in more leagues than he should be.

Strus is worth adding in some deeper leagues already today. He could be scooped up in a lot of those leagues in a hurry, so don't wait too long to add him.

Strus could eventually work into standard leagues, and it could happen in a hurry if he replicates his first performance a couple more times. Be ready to pounce on Strus, but don't be expecting him to reach 100% ownership at any point this season. He'll be more of a good deep-league asset and then have standard league upside.
