It's been a busy morning at FantasySP tracking some fantasy basketball waiver wire/streaming options.

We covered daily streaming options and pickups for the week based on weekly projections, and are now going to look at more traditional fantasy basketball waiver wire pickups. Let's dive right into things!

Waiver wire options can be found all season on FantasySP!

Olivier-Maxence Prosper: Producing More of Late

Prosper is up 7.27% today, bringing his overall mark to 23.29%.

Prosper is in his third NBA season. Over 31 games (two starts) this season, Prosper is averaging 7 points, 2.9 rebounds, 0.8 assists, 0.5 steals and 0.2 blocks over 14.6 minutes a night. He's shooting 51.4% overall and he's 40% from deep,

Prosper has eight or more points in six straight games, so he's on the rise. He's averaging 15.3 points, 4.8 rebounds, 1.3 steals, 1.2 assists and 0.2 blocks over 25.7 minutes a contest.

Prosper's season-long numbers aren't the best, but of late, he's doing enough for more fantasy usage/utilization. I still only like utilizing Prosper in deeper leagues, and I'm not sure he will be worth a standard league spot ever. Definitely consider streaming him in more deeper leagues though, at least until his production starts to taper off.

Julian Strawther: Trending Up in Teammate's Absence

Strawther is owned in 18.63% of leagues after a 6.75% increase so far today.

He's started seven of the 35 games he's appeared in in 2025-26. Strawther is averaging 7 points, 2.2 rebounds, 1.1 assists, 0.5 steals and 0.1 blocks over 14.7 minutes a contest. He's shooting 46% overall and 33.7% from deep.

Strawther scored just six points in his last game, but was in double figures for the seven games before that. He's averaged 24.9 minutes a night in that stretch - if that keeps up, his fantasy outlook is obviously higher than it has been most of the season.

Strawther is taking advantage of a few teammates being out, and I like the idea of adding/utilizing him for the time being. He's just a deep-league asset, but he could be a sneaky-good option for a little while - utilize him while he's delivering some better results.

Jaylen Wells: Coming Off Big Game

Wells has been added in 6.38% of leagues - he's rostered in 30.14% of leagues overall.

Wells has started all 54 games he's played in this season. He's averaging 12.4 points, 3.4 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 0.8 steals and 0.1 blocks over 26.8 minutes a night. Wells is shooting 42% overall and he's 34.3% from deep.

He's scored in double figures in nine straight, averaging 15.4 points per game over that stretch. Wells doesn't provide much else outside his scoring, but with his numbers up of late, he's worth more fantasy attention.

Wells is another guy who is a better deep-league asset, but in a pinch, he could be streamed in standard leagues. I'm not sure if he will ever get to being a standard league hold, but he's worth tracking at the very least.

Alondes Williams: Delivers in First Three Games

Williams is rostered in 20.82% of fantasy leagues, which is up 5.9% today. He's on a 10-day contract, but is making the most of his opportunity.

He played in three games for the Wizards since the All-Star break wrapped up. Williams logged 27, 29 and 34 minutes in those games and scored six, 25 and eight points. He also combined for 22 rebounds, 12 assists, two steals and three blocks in those contests.

Washington has a bevy of injuries that its dealing with, which is why Williams was signed and has delivered some good statlines in big-time minutes. It wouldn't be surprising to see him re-sign with the team, or land another opportunity with another squad.

He's just a deep-league fantasy asset until his long-term outlook is a bit more clear, but he's worth streaming in some deeper leagues in the time being.

Malik Monk: On the Rise

Monk is up 5.7%, which brings his overall mark to 44.93%.

He hasn't started once over his 45 appearances this season, but he's delivering more of late with a bunch of teammates out (De'Andre Hunter, Zach LaVine and Domantas Sabonis are done for the season). Monk is averaging 12.6 points, 2 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 0.6 steals and 0.4 blocks over 22.2 minutes a night, while shooting 44.1% overall and 42.4% from deep.

Monk has 13 or more points in four straight contests, and he's combined for 14 assists, three rebounds and two steals in those games as well. He's logged 20 or more minutes in three straight, topping out at nearly 28 minutes in the last contest.

Sacramento is in full tank mode with so many players out now, but out of necessity, Monk could be heavily involved the rest of the season. Consider him in deep leagues, but also standard leagues, especially if he keeps delivering like he has of late.
