Should You Add Spencer Jones?

Jones is up 13.42% today, bringing his overall mark to 31.82%. Jones is another Nugget who could take on more with Nikola Jokic out of the picture with an injury

He had already been trending up, starting 17 straight games, and playing 33 or more minutes in three straight contests. Jones has scored in double figures in those three games, averaging 14 points, 5.7 rebounds, 1.7 steals and assists and 1.3 blocks over 36 minutes in that stretch.

On the season, Jones is averaging 6 points, 2.6 rebounds, 1 assist, 0.9 steals and 0.4 blocks over 20.3 minutes a night in those 17 starts (28 games overall). He's shooting 55.3% overall and is 42.9% from deep.

He'd been on the rise due to his own play, but the Jokic injury is helping his own percentage skyrocket. Jones has a great chance at sticking as a good fantasy asset now that Jokic is out.

I like the idea of adding Jones in deeper leagues, or at least picking him up as a streamer. If he continues to produce, I'd keep rostering him until his production isn't deep-league worthy.

I could see Jones sticking around as a fantasy asset until Jokic is back, so he will have standard league value if he can stick at his recent marks. Treat him in a similar fashion, adding him as a streamer, but keeping him around if his production stays consistent and worthwhile.

Should You Add Ayo Dosunmu?

Dosunmu is owned in 38.31% of leagues after a 11.6% increase today. He will help fill the void left by Josh Giddey, who is another injured player.

Dosunmu has already been trending up. He played 21 and 23 minutes, before jumping to 31 minutes in his last outing. Dosunmu has a chance to stick as a fantasy asset until Giddey is back, because he'll simply be playing more.

In his past three games, Dosunmu has 29 points, 11 rebounds and assists and four steals. He could do even more with Giddey out of the picture now for a few weeks.

Over 26 games and seven starts this season, Dosunmu is averaging 13.8 points, 3.1 assists, 2.6 rebounds, 0.6 steals and 0.2 blocks over 26.2 minutes. He's shooting 50.2% overall, while going 42.6% from deep.

There's a chance for his averages to increase with a little more playing time over the next couple weeks. Helping replace Giddey's production could also up Dosunmu's numbers, even if he's not playing a ton more.

He's worth adding in deeper leagues, and keeping an eye on in standard leagues. Dosunmu would need to deliver a bit more on a nightly basis to be a worthwhile fantasy asset. He's at least a good streaming asset in deeper leagues though.

Should You Add Tre Jones?

Jones has been added in 8.07% of leagues, which brings his overall mark to 57.14%. Jones is another Bull who could take on more with Giddey out.

Nothing really sticks out of late with Jones, but he is averaging 12.2 points, 5 assists, 2.9 rebounds, 1.5 steals and 0.2 blocks over 26.7 minutes a night in his 11 starts over 26 contests this season. He is shooting 51.9% overall and is just 27.5% on his 3-point attempts.

With a bit more playing time and usage over the next couple weeks, Jones could be a sneaky-good fantasy asset. I already like him in deeper leagues for pretty solid all-around averages on the season.

He is a standard league streamer, and could be worth keeping if he sees an uptick in production with Giddey out. Consider adding Jones when the Bulls are playing, and maybe hold him, especially if you have a need at guard.

Should You Add Jaylon Tyson?

Tyson is rostered in 61.04% of leagues after a 6.38% boost.

Tyson was a drop candidate last week after only delivering nine points over a two-game stretch. In the four games since, he's averaged 17 points, 7.5 rebounds, 1.3 assists and steals and 0.5 blocks over 24.3 minutes. He's come off the bench for all of those games.

Not starting anymore is a concern, but with four straight games in double figures, I'm not too concerned about Tyson. However, until he's averaging more minutes per night, I wouldn't want to see his own percentage rise too much more.

He's a good deep-league asset, and is a standard league streaming option. Until he gets his starting role back, or is consistently above 24 minutes a night, I just don't think he's the best standard league asset, although good production on the court could trump that.

Keep an eye on Tyson, but there's probably better long-term adds in standard leagues.

Should You Add Saddiq Bey?

Bey is up 5.81% and sits at 76.62% overall now.

Bey went off for 26 points in the last New Orleans game. He attempted 21 shots, which was a season high by three attempts.

On the year, he's averaging 15.1 points, 5.9 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1 steal and 0.1 blocks over 29.8 minutes a night. Bey is shooting 44.4% overall and he's 32% from deep.

He's been a pretty solid fantasy asset most of this season, and has started 25 times over his 33 games. His production has been up and down of late, which explains his own percentage today.

He's worth streaming in more standard leagues when he's in a good groove, so it's worth trying him the next few contests to see if he is at the start of a hot stretch.

Otherwise, I view him as a solid standard league option, but not someone to roster in all leagues. He should only be rostered in all deeper leagues.
