We have one final fantasy basketball waiver wire story for you for the third week of the NBA regular season.

Here are waiver wire stories from Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Should You Add Daniel Gafford?

Gafford is up 2.54% today, and that brings his overall mark to 64.77%.

He missed the team's first five games of the season, but has played the past three. Gafford has 36 points, 16 rebounds, four assists and steals and five blocks over 67 minutes played. He has eight fouls and two turnovers.

Gafford averaged 12.3 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 1.8 blocks and 0.4 steals over 21.5 minutes per game last season, so his averages are pretty close to those across the board so far.

He's started all three games, but played 17 minutes and 24 minutes (twice). That's not a ton of time on the court, so it's going to limit him as a fantasy asset.

I think his own percentage is too high as it is already. I wouldn't add him in any more leagues, as I think he's a better deep-league asset.

He scores it OK, and doesn't rebound at a super high clip, although his block numbers help his cause a bit. If your league includes shooting percentages, he gets another little boost.

I just don't see enough in his numbers to warrant a standard league roster spot. If you are desperate for big man help, then he could be a short-term asset, but I don't see him doing enough over the course of the season to be part of most standard leagues.

Even in deeper leagues, I'm not a massive fan of his. I'd maybe even look to sell him high, as he is coming off a 57-game season and already has been banged up this year.

Should You Add Kon Knueppel?

Knueppel is owned in 64.77% of leagues as well after a 2.54% increase.

Knueppel's up-and-down start to the season has continued. He opened the year by scoring in double figures in four straight games, scoring between 11-20 points. He scored five points in his fifth and six games, but has bounced back with back-to-back 20-plus point outings.

He has a healthy role right now, playing over 30 minutes in each of the past three games. Having Brandon Miller and several others out with injuries is giving Knueppel more playing time and usage in the early going.

He's averaging 14.8 points, 5.8 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 0.5 steals over 30.4 minutes a game. There's some solid numbers in there, and as long as he's playing 30+ minutes a game and delivering, he has some legit fantasy value to take advantage of.

In the long run, I see him more as a deep-league asset, but he could be worthy of streaming in standard leagues, especially right now. I'd watch him closely and be ready to move off him if his numbers fall off. He should stick in most deeper leagues all year.

Should You Add Noah Clowney?

Clowney has been added in 2.51% of leagues and is now rostered in 6.74% of leagues.

Clowney has caught fire over his past two games, logging 32 points, 10 rebounds and two steals and assists over two starts and 60 minutes.

He was coming off the bench for the first six Brooklyn games, and he logged between 15-24 minutes in those contests. Clowney had just 26 points, 23 rebounds, 10 assists and a steal across the first six games and 120 minutes.

His bigger role has him on the rise as a fantasy asset. Clowney has been a decent fantasy asset in past seasons. Last year, he averaged 9.1 points, 3.9 rebounds, 0.9 assists and 0.5 steals and blocks over 22.7 minutes a game - he played in just 46 contests.

Availability was an issue for him last season, but he's opened this year by playing in every one of the team's games, so that's a positive. Clowney's role is growing, and he's worthy of deep-league ownership and starts if that keeps up.

I don't see him getting to standard league status ever, but he's worth watching in case he gets in a groove. He'll be added in more and more deeper leagues if his numbers from the past two games keep up, so be ready to pounce if you aren't ready to add him now but he delivers in the team's next game.

Should You Add Kel'el Ware?

Ware is rostered in 75.13% of leagues after a 2.26% increase today.

Ware has started the season slow, but has picked it up over the past two games. He's come off the bench, and played 17 and 27 minutes, but he's combined for 29 points, 18 rebounds, four steals and three blocks.

He's averaging 10.1 points, 7.4 rebounds, 1 steal, 0.9 blocks and 0.6 assists over 20.3 minutes in his eight games so far. His minutes are down a bit from last season, but he's posted similar averages, and increased his scoring by nearly a point.

Fantasy owners expected a bigger jump in his second season, and he might be starting to show that the past couple games. You can see by his own percentage that not many people bailed on him.

He should have been kept in all deeper leagues, and more showings like his last two will get him back into more standard leagues. He will need to play 24+ minutes a night to likely do enough from a fantasy perspective to add him in all standard leagues.

Should You Add Cason Wallace?

Wallace is owned in 66.84% of leagues after a 1.41% increase.

Wallace is rising despite a down showing his last time out. He had five points, eight rebounds, five assists and three steals, but it came in 36 minutes, which was way higher than the 24-27 marks he logged in the four games before that.

He's averaging 8.9 points, 4 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 2.8 steals and 0.4 blocks over 30.1 minutes in his eight games so far. He's shooting 41.7% overall and is 38.9% from 3-point land.

He stuffs the stat sheet pretty well, but up-and-down showings hold him back from being owned in more fantasy leagues. Wallace definitely deserves to be rostered in deeper leagues, but I'd personally think there's better fantasy assets available in a standard league.

He sits around 100th for fantasy points on the season, so I get rostering in some standard leagues, but on a full night of NBA action, he probably should just be starting in deeper leagues.

We'll see if he ever takes another step forward, or if his role and usage decreases as the Thunder get healthier.

Should You Add Dillon Brooks?

Brooks got added in 1.65% of leagues to bring his overall percentage to 58.03.

It's interesting to see Brooks on the rise, because he hasn't played in any of the team's past six games. His return from a groin injury is unknown, but he appears to be getting a bit closer to returning as he's been going through longer workouts.

He was great in the first three games of the year, totaling 58 points, 10 rebounds, eight steals, seven assists and two blocks. He shot 37.3% overall and 29% from 3-point land, so he could up his numbers with some better shooting marks.

Brooks was worth a standard league roster spot after those three games, so I get not wanting to drop him, or trying to add him before his return to the court. If you have a roster spot open, stashing Brooks for a couple more days makes a ton of sense to me - I'd expect him back within the next week.

If he becomes available in your league, I'd seriously look into stashing him if you can afford to.
