Outlook DeMario Douglas

DeMario Douglas vs NYJ — Momentum Building Out of the Slot

Operating as New England's starting slot receiver, Douglas is coming off his best outing of the season where he hauled in four receptions for 65 yards and two touchdowns against Las Vegas. With fellow wideout Mack Hollins sidelined, Douglas should maintain steady snaps alongside Romeo Doubs, serving as a reliable short-yardage target for Drake Maye.

Currently rostered in just 5% of leagues, Douglas profiles primarily as a deep-league flex streamer rather than a standard-league starter. The Patriots host the division-rival Jets as seven-point favorites, and our models project Douglas for roughly four targets, 2.4 receptions, and 29 yards. While his scoring ceiling flashed last week, a modest target floor keeps him risky.
