Week 13 of the NFL regular season is nearly in the books, so we can start turning our attention to week 14, especially if you are chasing a playoff spot. Here, we will go over some fantasy football waiver wire options at quarterback.

Check back over the next day or two for even more waiver wire content!

Should You Add Jordan Love?

Love was great in week 13, helping the Packers to a big road win over the Lions on Thanksgiving. He was 18-of-30 passing for 234 yards, four touchdowns and no interceptions. Love had four rushing yards on five attempts.

Love got injured in week 11, but it didn't seem to affect him at all this past week. That's a good thing for his fantasy outlook moving forward.

He will have a pretty favorable matchup coming in week 14 against the Bears. Love and the Packers have not faced Chicago yet this season.

It sets up well for Love, and coming off a big outing, fantasy owners should be more willing to start the Packers' quarterback in week 14.

He's owned in 84% of fantasy leagues synced here through FantasySP, so there's likely only a few of you who will be able to add Love going into next week. Spoiler alert: Love is my favorite waiver wire option in this week's article, and it's really not all that close.

Should You Add Marcus Mariota or Jayden Daniels?

Mariota nearly helped the Commanders upset the Broncos on Sunday night, but Daniels has a chance to play in week 14 if he's cleared from his injury.

Mariota threw for 294 yards, two touchdowns and one interception on 28-of-50 passing against a very tough Denver defense. He rushed for 55 yards on 10 attempts as well.

Mariota is a decent fantasy option, and has been average or better in three straight games for Washington. He doesn't have the high upside of Daniels, but he can still put up plenty of fantasy points, especially if he gets to pass 50 times a game again.

Daniels is owned in a lot fewer leagues after suffering a dislocated left elbow. If he's cleared for week 14, he'll be added and started by a ton of fantasy owners.

Whoever starts will have a below-average matchup coming against the Vikings. Mariota should set up as an average or slightly below option for week 14, while Daniels is a top half option.

Should You Add Bryce Young?

Young was good in the team's upset win over the Rams.

He completed 15 of his 20 passing attempts for 206 yards, three scores and no picks. Young added 23 rushing yards on five attempts and avoided a fumble as well.

Young has been over 20 points in two of the past three games, but was in single digits in between, and the two games before his last big outing.

He is capable of putting together big fantasy nights, but until he does it more consistently, Young is just an average-or-so fantasy QB.

Unfortunately, Young and the Panthers have their bye in week 14, so he won't suit again until week 15. He's maybe worth adding today in deeper leagues still.

I'd avoid adding Young in a standard league, as he's not good enough to stash for a week. His week 15 clash against New Orleans is below average too, so he definitely should be avoided as a standard league pickup.

Should You Add Trevor Lawrence?

Lawrence completed 16 of his 27 passes for 229 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in the team's win over the Titans. Lawrence added 25 rushing yards on three attempts.

Lawrence was over 20 fantasy points for just the third time this season, but he's been in double figures in all but two contests. He has 15 or more points in seven of the past eight games.

Lawrence is a bit slept on as a fantasy asset right now. He's struggled with turnovers, so Sunday was a step in the right direction maybe. Lawrence still has delivered good fantasy results even with some turnover issues.

He will take on the Colts in week 14. Indy is a below-average matchup on paper, but with how Lawrence has looked of late, he should be an average-or-better fantasy QB option for the upcoming week.

Lawrence is probably a better deep-league option for week 14, but he'll get some standard league attention because of his recent fantasy production, and with four teams on byes.

Should You Add Tyrod Taylor?

Taylor guided the Jets to a three-point win over the Falcons in week 13. He was 19-of-33 passing for 172 yards, a score and no picks. He rushed for 44 yards and a touchdown on eight attempts.

This was Taylor's best fantasy showing of the season. His second-best came in week 3, which was the only other time he played in back-to-back weeks.

Taylor might be settling in a bit, and with a little dual-threat ability, he's a sneaky good fantasy asset in the right matchups.

He has an above-average matchup coming against the Dolphins in week 14, so this is a chance for Taylor to succeed again. He's a pretty solid deep-league option as a result.

Most won't consider him in standard leagues, but on a week where there's only 28 starters, he might creep into the conversation for some, especially where fantasy owners are desperate for QB help.

Should You Add Max Brosmer or J.J. McCarthy?

Brosmer started for McCarthy in week 13, and it went about as expected. Brosmer was 19-of-30 passing for 126 yards, no touchdowns and four interceptions. He lost a yard on his lone rushing attempt.

You might be wondering why I'd recommend adding him (or McCarthy, who has struggled of late too) for week 14. Well, they have a super favorable matchup coming against the Commanders.

If you like to play matchups, then Brosmer or McCarthy have one of the best matchups of the week. I'd still not be a big fan of starting either, but the matchup says they are deep-league options at least.

We will have to see who the Vikings end up starting at QB for week 14. McCarthy will need to clear concussion protocol, but he'd start if he is cleared.

McCarthy is really the Minnesota QB I'd consider in deeper leagues, but the matchup says whoever starts could put up a decent fantasy showing.

Should You Add Tyler Shough?

Shough had his second-best fantasy showing of the season despite the Saints losing to the Dolphins. He went for 239 passing yards, two touchdowns and an interception on 26-of-38 passing.

Shough added 18 rushing yards on six attempts, but also fumbled to finish with a worse fantasy score. He has two turnovers in back-to-back games.

He too has a good matchup in week 14, so that's why he gets mentioned in this article. Shough will face the Buccaneers, who are a top-five fantasy matchup going into the Monday night game in week 13.

Shough made his first career start against Tampa Bay back in week 8. He went 17-of-30 passing for 128 yards, but no scores and a pick left him with a weak fantasy score. Shough rushed for 12 yards on three attempts that day.

I think Shough has improved since then, but he's still not a very confident starting option in a very favorable matchup. He's at least a deep-league option for week 14, so don't forget about him if you are scrambling for QB help.
