DeAndre Hopkins to Sign 2-year Deal with the Titans
After visiting multiple teams over the last few days DeAndre Hopkins has finally settled on a new home. He will be joining the Tennessee Titans in the AFC South with Ryan Tannehill as their starting quarterback.
Doug Kyed broke news of the deal and Ian Rapoport provided the deal terms, including '2-year, $26M deal worth up to $32M with incentives, source said'.
Hopkins ended the 2022 season with 9 games played 64 receptions, just 717 yards, and 3 touchdowns. Three touchdowns were his second lowest total since his rookie 2013 campaign and he looks to bounce back in a big way on the Titans.
Hopkins will clearly be the number 1 option in Tennesse but that doesn't exactly mean he can replicate what he did earlier in his career. Thus far Hopkins has an ADP of 48. Tannehill is looking to bounce back from last season but fantasy owners are currently staying away as his ADP sits at 212, which puts him as the 31st QB. He will likely rise slightly but still not be a recommended fantasy option in most formats.
