The fantasy playoffs are finally here! And that makes waiver moves even more important than ever as we get into a potential one-and-done situation. But in order to make ads, you need to drop someone. And that isn’t a decision you should take lightly. We’ve all made drops we’ve come to regret.

As we do every week, let’s take a look at some of the most widely dropped quarterbacks and tight ends for Week 15 and decide if they’re actually drop-worthy.

Week 15 Fantasy Football Droppables

Tua Tagovailoa, QB, Miami Dolphins

Drop Tua?! What?! I understand that sounds crazy as he has top-5 MVP odds right now, but Tua just hasn't been all that good lately. After a monster start to the season, Tua has fallen off as of late and has put up less than 10 fantasy points in two of his last three games. Things won't get much better with games against the Jets, Cowboys, and Bills over the next three weeks. That brings up the question of, "if you're not going to start him, is it worth keeping him on your roster?". I think the answer to that is yes, but I wouldn't blame anyone for dropping Tagovailoa as he's a bit of a risky fantasy start for the fantasy playoffs. We ultimately have to hold onto him, but I don't think I'd be starting Tua moving forward.

Verdict: Hold

Joshua Dobbs, QB, Minnesota Vikings

Dobbs has gone back and forth between the waiver pickup article and the drop article all season. And I'm sad to report that he's back on the drop list. It was fun while it lasted, but Dobbs pretty bad lately. He hasn't put up more than 5 fantasy points in each of his last two games (that's awful), and looks to have lost his job to Nick Mullens. Even if Dobbs is somehow able to hang onto the Vikings' starting job (which is unlikely), he's way too risky to start for your fantasy playoffs. Thanks for the fun season, Josh, but this is where we unfortunately have to part ways with you.

Verdict: Drop

Dallas Goedert, TE, Philadelphia Eagles

I'll cut to the chase and say Goedert is a hold. There aren't many good tight end options right now, and Goedert has enough upside to put up a strong weekly score this week. That said, he only saw four targets in his return from injury and is third in the Eagles' target pecking order behind A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith. The veteran has only caught two touchdowns all season and isn't a much of a lock as he was last year, but he's still not someone I'd be in a rush to drop right now.

Verdict: Hold

Dalton Kincaid, TE, Buffalo Bills

Kincaid looked like he was on he way to being a fantasy stud (and likely will be next year), but he's hit a bit of a bump in the road with the return of Dawson Knox. While the rookie is still seeing a healthy share of targets with at least six in each of his last seven games, he hasn't topped 51 yards in any of his last four games and hasn't scored in any of his last three. All that said, you can't drop Kincaid due to his weekly upside -- and relatively high floor. Kincaid very well may be a top-5 tight end targets in fantasy drafts next season and he's worth holding onto for now too.

Verdict: Hold

Pat Freiermuth, TE, Pittsburgh Steelers

While Freiermuth had a monster game two weeks ago, he's been stricken by the Mitchell Trubisky bug that is going to infect the entire Steelers offense. As bad as Kenny Pickett has been, Trubisky is much worse. Freiermuth caught nine balls on 11 targets in his monster game two weeks ago, but has seen his catch totals drop to three in each of his last two games. Even though Freiermuth is worth keeping in most leagues due to the absolute dearth of good tight end options, I don't feel good about starting him with Trubisky under center. We're going to hold Freiermuth, but I don't think you can just slot him in as a Week 15 starter.

Verdict: Hold
