Kaleb Johnson vs ATL — Rotational Role Caps Standalone Fantasy Value

After being acquired via trade late in the preseason, Johnson earned his first touches in Green Bay last week, turning eight carries into 32 rushing yards. With lead back Josh Jacobs sidelined on the commissioner exempt list, the Packers have utilized a committee backfield. However, Johnson remains down the depth chart behind Chris Brooks and MarShawn Lloyd, keeping his offensive involvement fairly limited to change-of-pace relief duties.

For Week 3 at home against Atlanta, our projections forecast Johnson for roughly six carries and 24 rushing yards with minimal target involvement (4.5 projected fantasy points). With a minuscule start percentage across fantasy leagues and virtually no passing-game footprint, Johnson should remain firmly on fantasy benches outside of the deepest formats.
