Bradley Beal Season Outlook: Diminished Role and Health Concerns
Bradley Beal enters his 15th NBA season in a diminished bench role for the Clippers after battling persistent health issues. Following offseason hip surgery, Beal was sidelined for training camp due to knee inflammation, causing his fantasy roster rate to slide from 14% down to 5%. With rookie Keaton Wagler atop the depth chart and Darius Garland commanding backcourt touches, Beal faces limited rotational opportunity.
Our models project Beal for 18.5 fantasy points, 11.0 points, and 20.6 minutes per game across 47 appearances. Although his projected 50.5% field-goal shooting highlights steady efficiency, his trimmed volume severely caps his counting-stat production.
At this stage of his career, Beal profiles strictly as a deep-league reserve. Standard-league managers should look elsewhere on draft day and only evaluate him on waivers if he secures dependable playing time in Los Angeles.
