There was not much for Chargers fans to be enthusiastic about Sunday afternoon, as the Texans pulled one of the season’s biggest upsets.
Head coach Brandon Staley was not afraid to put the blame on his shoulders following Los Angeles’ loss to Houston.
“I just didn’t coach well enough today,†Staley said. “I didn’t coach well enough. I didn’t put our guys in good enough positions to be consistent in the game and that’s why we lost.â€

Leading 27-23, the Texans were trying to take time off the clock and add a few points before the Chargers and quarterback Justin Herbert inevitably took another possession.
The Texans effectively dealt the Chargers a crippling blow as quarterback Davis Mills threw a 13-yard touchdown pass to fellow rookie, receiver Nico Collins.
According to Mills, who finished going 21-of-27 for 254 yards and two touchdowns, the Texans’ intent was to take as much time off the clock as possible, not necessarily score a touchdown
I definitely believe Andre Johnson is worthy of being inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. We'll find out Thursday if he's advanced from the semifinal list of 25 to the finals of 15. He's sitting next to Janice McNair today in the owners' suite.
