Fresh off earning NFL Rookie of the Week honors in his debut, Williams caught all four of his targets for 64 yards and a touchdown against Philadelphia. Operating out of the slot and quickly establishing chemistry with Jayden Daniels, the rookie has already carved out an active role in Washington's passing game.

Heading into Dallas for a road matchup with major shootout potential, Williams is a viable deep-league play and priority stash. While listed as a rotational perimeter receiver, his immediate outlook hinges on the injury report. With Tank Dell on injured reserve and top target Nico Collins missing practice with a hamstring issue, Hutchinson could be positioned for a sizable route share against Cincinnati.
