Outlook Dalton Kincaid
Health Clearance and Market Value Peak for Elite Buffalo Tight End
Dalton Kincaid bypassed knee surgery this offseason and reports feeling the best he ever has in his professional career. While listed behind Dawson Knox on the depth chart, Kincaid operates as a primary slot target in an explosive passing attack spearheaded by Josh Allen and newly acquired star DJ Moore.
Looking at the market, Kincaid's ADP floated around 118 in May before spiking to 71 and stabilizing near 101 in mid-June. This trajectory makes him a tremendous draft-day value in 1.0 PPR formats, as the market has yet to fully price in his massive high-volume target ceiling.
We project Kincaid to reel in 59 of his 86 targets for 701 yards and five touchdowns this year. With his physical health at an all-time high, he represents a high-upside TE1 who should easily outperform his current draft position.

Outlook Kayshon Boutte
Mandatory Minicamp Return Solidifies Late-Round Appeal Amid Trade Rumors
Kayshon Boutte enters the season after a dramatic offseason filled with trade speculation. Listed behind superstar addition A.J. Brown on the depth chart, Boutte remains a key contributor in New England. Coming off a 2025 campaign with 566 yards and six touchdowns, the receiver has proven his efficiency.
After skipping voluntary OTAs, Boutte reported to mandatory minicamp, cooling immediate trade rumors. He will compete for targets alongside newly signed Romeo Doubs. Our models project Boutte for 29 receptions, 419 yards, and three touchdowns, reflecting a crowded but talented Patriots passing game.
Boutte's ADP has stabilized around 180 in PPR formats after a brief peak near pick 123. At this bargain acquisition cost, we view him as an excellent late-round value. Fantasy managers take virtually zero risk drafting a player with his proven scoring ability.
