Lead Back Role in Denver Offers Major Fantasy Value if Health Cooperates

J.K. Dobbins enters the season atop the depth chart as the primary runner in Denver's backfield, ahead of RJ Harvey and Jonah Coleman. After re-signing with the Broncos, Dobbins has declared his goal to be the league's top running back and stay healthy. Our projections are optimistic, forecasting 193 rush attempts for 950 rushing yards and six touchdowns on the ground.

Despite his clear path to lead duties, the fantasy market remains highly skeptical. Dobbins' ADP has slipped from 84 in early June down to 97 in mid-July. This slide indicates fantasy managers are heavily discounting him due to his past injuries.
