Christian McCaffrey remains the undisputed leader of the San Francisco backfield. Despite aging concerns, he shrugs off workload anxiety after logging 335 carries and 109 receptions in 2025. Backed up by rookie Kaelon Black and Jordan James on the depth chart, our models slot him for another high-volume campaign.

His draft-market momentum is remarkably stable, holding a premium ADP of 5.0 in 1.0 PPR formats. While some managers fear the age-30 cliff, his elite dual-threat efficiency and intense offseason training make him a secure first-round anchor rather than a risky reach.
