Looking at several fantasy basketball waiver wire options in the fourth week of the season.
It's time to put together a fourth round of fantasy basketball waiver wire options in the fourth week of the NBA regular season.
Here are the waiver articles from Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Should You Add Svi Mykhailiuk?
Mykhailiuk has been added in 8.08% of leagues, which brings his overall mark up to 16.84%.
Mykhailiuk has been starting and playing a healthy amount for the Jazz, so I'm surprised his own percentage isn't a bit higher already. He has turned things on as a scorer of late, so it's fair to see him rising now.
Mykhailiuk has scored in double figures four times over his 11 games and 298 minutes played this season. Three of those have come over his past four games, and two of them were 20-point-or-better performances.
He is averaging 10.3 points, 2.9 rebounds, 1.9 assists, 0.6 steals and 0.2 blocks over 27.3 minutes a game. Mykhailiuk is shooting 47.7% overall and he's 37.5% from behind the 3-point line.
His role and usage is enough to give him some consideration in deeper leagues. With the groove he's in right now as a scorer, he's worth at least streaming in deeper leagues.
I think he's going to top out as a deep-league asset, but he might become a player you hold if he can stick in double figures most nights. If you don't want to add Mykhailiuk today, keep an eye on him in case he starts delivering consistently good numbers.
Should You Add Vit Krejci?
Krejci is up 3.88% and now is rostered in 13.16% of leagues.
Krejci is taking on a bit more with the injury to Trae Young. Krejci has been a fantasy asset in the past, so he's worth keeping tabs on even after the Hawks get Young back.
Krejci has played eight games and logged 157 minutes so far. He's averaging 10.5 points, 2.5 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 0.3 steals and blocks per game so far. He is shooting 51.8% overall and is 46.3% from deep.
He's found a groove of late, scoring 17, 28 and 11 points over his past three games. With another Atlanta game on Thursday, he's a streaming option for sure.
He might be worth holding in deeper leagues for a little bit though, and maybe even until Young is back, or for longer. He's playing and producing right now, so there's a chance he earns himself a role even when the team is back at full health.
Stream or add him in deeper leagues for the time being, but keep a close eye on him and be ready to move off him once his usage and minutes fall off.
Should You Add Aaron Nesmith?
Nesmith has been added in 3.52% of leagues, bringing his overall mark to 71.05%.
Nesmith returned to the court on Tuesday after missing the game before that, so he might be on the rise because of that. He's been a pretty solid fantasy asset in the early going, and I'm a bit surprised to see his own percentage at its current mark.
Over 10 games (all starts), he's played 314 minutes. He's averaging 16 points, 4.6 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 0.8 steals and 0.3 blocks per game. He is shooting just 37% overall and is 37.5% on his 3-pointers.
He's taken on more offensively with the season-long injury to Tyrese Haliburton, and all the injuries the Pacers have dealt with in the early going. He's playing and getting up plenty of shots, and he's turning in the best season of his career.
His shooting percentages are down, but that's understandable with more volume. Really, Nesmith is a pretty solid fantasy asset all around, and there's room for growth if he can improve his shooting marks.
He's definitely worth rostering and utilizing in all deeper leagues, and I think he's worth standard league spots in more leagues. I'd have guessed his own percentage to be closer to 80% based on his averages.
So definitely take a look into Nesmith and see if he's a better option than someone you currently have on your roster. He doesn't need to be a nightly starter, but he's going a bit overlooked right now.
Should You Add Paul Reed?
Reed got a 1.63% boost up to 4.21% overall.
Reed is one of the players who stood out on Wednesday night. He went for 28 points, 13 rebounds, six assists, four steals and one block over 30 minutes in his first start of the season for the Pistons.
He has logged just 115 minutes in his 10 games overall, so Wednesday was definitely an outlier. Cade Cunningham, Jalen Duren, Tobias Harris, Jaden Ivey, Marcus Sasser, Ausar Thompson and Isaiah Stewart were the Pistons who didn't play in that contest, so someone needed to step up, and Reed answered the call for help.
He showed he could be a pretty solid fantasy asset with a bigger role, but he's unlikely to get that while in Detroit, at least not when the team is close to full health. He'd need prolonged absences from Duren, Harris or Stewart to take on more for Detroit.
Fantasy owners understand that, and that's why Reed isn't soaring as a waiver wire asset today. He's worth adding in some really deep leagues, but there's not a ton of fantasy value in Reed most nights.
Keep him in mind for deep-league streams if Detroit sits a bunch of players in a future game. Also be ready to add him if a big man for the Pistons goes down.
Should You Add Craig Porter Jr.
Porter is up 3.71% and sits at 4.74% overall.
Porter is another guy who shined on Wednesday, tallying 19 points, nine assists, four rebounds and blocks and three steals over 32 minutes.
He has played 12 games and logged 200 minutes so far this season, but Wednesday was definitely an outlier performance. Porter played four and five minutes over the two games before last night, so this was another game that happened out of necessity.
Cleveland was without Donovan Mitchell, Darius Garland, Evan Mobley, Max Strus and Jaylon Tyson, which gave Porter a much bigger role than he normally has.
So much like Reed, Porter isn't worth adding in many fantasy leagues today. He is worth keeping in mind for a possible stream in deeper leagues when the Cavs sit stars again, or if a couple big-name players are down with long-term injuries.
Should You Add Ryan Kalkbrenner?
Kalkbrenner is rostered in 78.42% of leagues after a 1.62% increase today.
Kalkbrenner had a nice game on Wednesday, but he's been a pretty good fantasy asset all season. He went for 17 points, nine rebounds, three blocks and a steal over 26 minutes last night.
He's averaging 9.9 points, 6.8 rebounds, 2.4 blocks, 1 steal and 0.5 assists over 26.5 minutes in his 11 games played so far. Kalkbrenner is shooting an incredible 83.3% overall so far.
Kalkbrenner has been one of the bigger surprises among rookies this season, and his role looks really good going forward. If anything, he should take on more as the season moves along, not drop off.
Consistent fantasy big men are hard to find, and it's even harder to find guys who play nightly. Rookies are more likely to play every night, and Kalkbrenner is delivering plenty on a nightly basis, so I'd have guessed his own percentage to be significantly higher than its current mark.
If you have a need for a fantasy big man, then adding Kalkbrenner makes too much sense. Even if you are set at those positions, the rookie is worth adding in a lot more standard leagues, even if he's not starting every night.
His dynasty value has shot way up, and he's become a really solid redraft option in the early going. We'll see how he progresses, but the Hornets might have stumbled into a good one with their second-round pick.
