Ted Hurst at Carolina — Expanded Opportunity in Division Matchup

Ted Hurst is positioned for an elevated workload this week as starting wideout Emeka Egbuka has been ruled out with a concussion and foot injury. Operating on the perimeter alongside Chris Godwin, Hurst already showed promise last time out by commanding six targets for three receptions and 40 receiving yards.

Our projections forecast Hurst for roughly five targets, 2.7 receptions, and 38 receiving yards, yielding 8.1 fantasy points. With roster rates hovering around 4%, the rookie is not a recommended play in standard leagues, but his growing involvement makes him an appealing deep-league flex option against Carolina.
