Williams remains locked in as an outside starting receiver for Detroit opposite Amon-Ra St. Brown, and he recently put an off-field legal distraction behind him without charges. After a nine-target opener, his volume cooled to just four targets in each of his past two games, driving his fantasy start rate down to 45% as managers seek more consistency.

Facing Carolina in an environment projected for plenty of points, Williams offers tantalizing upside.
